Ved and vedanta explain the bhram as the universe / multiverse itself The concept of exist and doesn't exist is universal as Veda said that bhram is beyond the reasoning ( so the question of where does the god came from doesn't apply here because the reasoning itself is a universal factor ) So our Veda talks about "sat" and "asat" which means that the bhram exist and doesn't exist in a same time And the all bhagwaan , devi , devta is a manifestation of bhrama So the question of the existence of God is worthless when we talk about the concept of superior identity in santana dharma

Yes. The Vedas clearly states that there is one creator which is referred to as Brahman (not to be confused with the title 'Brahmana' which is conferred to those who undertake the ordeal of trying to understand Brahman and its teachings). The Vedas is considered to be the word of Brahman.This can be clearly noted in the Nasadiya Sukta which can be found here on KZbin for anyone interested. Its said this being is without parents, without a second (ie. there is no second being with equal authority) and without form. This being was created at the time of the universe and of its free will created the devi devta, us, and all other life forms from its own essence (hence the idea 'Tat Tvam Asi'). Now, certain sects of Hinduism/Sanatan Dharma choose to pray to Brahman through the devi devta. That's considered fine by even Brahman and it is quoted in the Isopanishad that when all humans were praying to Indra, he became very prideful, then Brahman took away his power and he was left with the realization that he is not God, as only his creator could take away his power. That is to say, those who pray to the devi devta are still essentially praying to Brahman as only that force has the power to answer prayers and has given a certain level of power to devi devtas to carry out important tasks, such as upholding the cycle of creation (Brahma), maintenance (Vishnu) and destruction/renewal (Shiva). On the other hand, many sects consider praying directly to Brahman to be the only valid way. Even still you have sects that completely renounce the idea that there is a creator and instead focus on dharma, karma, and other concepts that are within a human's grasp that are not entirely divine but rather practical. Each is considered valid, dharmic, and part of the fold. Unfortunately, the idea that all 3 can be so and be accepted is way beyond the grasp of those who were taught only the Abrahamic way.

Sikhi is a religion that seems like a kind of middle ground between Abrahamic religions and Indic religions. It has been influenced by Islam and even has some borrowed Islamic vocabulary as well as having a central scripture but is still very much Indic in that Karma as a concept exists there along with enlightenment being an experience that could be reached with meditation rituals.

What a thought-provoking topic! While the discussion explores the notion of Hinduism as a religion, it’s fascinating to see it more as a "way of life" rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and Vedas. Hinduism encourages a deeply personal journey of understanding, much like having a direct conversation with the universe itself. This fluidity is perhaps what makes it unique and deeply personal for each follower. Have you ever felt that spirituality transcends the boundaries of structured religion? 🌟 I'm curious to hear about your personal experiences!

#AskAbhijit महोदय, मुझे लगता है कि हमें अपनी सरकारी संरचना या संवैधानिक व्यवस्था को बदलना या आधुनिक बनाना होगा, जैसे हम भारत के स्वर्ण युग की अपनी पुरानी व्यवस्थाओं से सीख सकते हैं और पुनर्व्यवस्थित कर सकते हैं जैसे आचार्य चाणक्य ने चंद्रगुप्त मौर्य के साथ किया था।और हम अपनी युवा पीढ़ी को चाणक्य नीति, अर्थशास्त्र,भगवत गीता, पुराण, उपनिषद जैसे और हमारे विभिन्न ऐतिहासिक ग्रंथों के बारे में शिक्षित करके भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं, इसलिए हम एक साहसी नेता बना सकते हैं जो केवल राष्ट्र हित के बारे में सोचता है अपने हित के बारे में नहीं,और हमें पश्चिमी देशों के बने हुए लोकतंत्र का बहिष्कार करना होगा,क्योंकी हमारा राजतंत्र उनसे के गुना श्रेष्ठ था। तो सर आपको क्या लगता है?

#AskAbhijit From what I have researched, beef used to be widely consumed during the Vedic era? Is this true? And if so, how did the slaughter of cattle become a taboo in hindu society later on?
@badassguy98563 жыл бұрын
Beef was not consumed in Vedic age.. In Rigved, cow is called "aghanya" which means - something which cannot be killed

अभिजीत sir, I felt good after watching this video because the thing that you specified in the starting that the west has put the ism suffix on various cultures is THE perfect undestanding. It's high time now, but we all really need to work on this and we must start reading are own ancient texts. Only then will we understand that we didn't follow any hinduism but we lived in our own different and mostly scientific way, which was named by other people due to pronounciation problems as 'hindu' (from 'sindhu') 🙏

Ummm... About vedanta sir... To my knowledge... It doesn't say anything definitively... About a supreme person who permeates the world... But it rather gives essential pointings towards the undeniable and only truth... It rather denies everything the mind can hold on to and interpret, by Nyeti nyeti... What do you think... Yes I understand to put it in such short word is impossible.... But still i thought to make it clear.

Religion is the Opium of masses , or can say a social opium... The only truth is "Scriptures" - only those scriptures which talk about the ways to live a peaceful "Karmic Life" and to achieve the "Salvation", and both the things are clearly discussed only in the "Upnishadas"... "Theo/Dharma" is the bunch of laws - to live a complete disciplined life... If anything really to be followed i.e. "Theoism/ Theology" which's unrelated to any color, race, ideology, god/goddesses, etc. It's only related to the "truth" i.e. lying in to parts - "Sakar (Everything)" and "Nirakar (Nothing)"... The real religion is that, " Which never teaches about God, but that only teaches about the life and peace of mind "....

33 koti gods. Does not mean 33 crore. It means 33 types of gods.
@rohithkrishnan80563 жыл бұрын
The term ‘trayastrimsati koti’ mentioned in Atharva Veda, Yajur Veda, and Satapatha-brahmana, is rightly translated as 33 Gods. The term koti in Sanskrit has two meaning, one is ‘type’ and the other is Crore. So, somewhere in translation, they missed the basic fact that Sanatana Dharma/Hinduism has 33 Supreme Gods and not 33 Crore Gods.
@explorer89703 жыл бұрын
33 koti also means 33 types of gods.They are Eight Vasus,Twelve Ādityas,Eleven rudras and 2 aswins.They are the 33 types of gods.People generally take koti as crores but it also has a meaning as 'types'.That's why we need to learn sanskrit.Without proper understanding of sanskrit we cannot understand sanathana dharma.
