Sir, Great video, i have a query, kindly facilitate. if we have fluctuating source (3v-6v) how should we calculate the R? should it be according to minimum value (3v) or maximum value (6v) or some other way. thank you

If your voltage varying from 3-6v the current will also change.You take the average value of two voltages 3+6=9 devided by 2 will give you 4.5 Volts. Now calculate the value of R.

Better to connect with anode or long lead of LED. Now calculate the series resistor will be (Supply voltage - Voltage across LED) divided by LED Current.Assume LED current is 30ma R=0.2k say 220 ohm, Voltage across LED=3v Depending upon which colour you are using.
