Speed of sound in air at 22°C = 344 m/s. Time after which echo can be heard = 1/10 s or 0.1 second. •: distance b/e the listener = 344 m/s × 1/10 s = 34.4m :. Minimum distance= 34.4/2 = 17.2 m.

Q mam jab normal ceilings par bhi sound reflect hoti hai to curved ceilings kyu banaye jati hai
@MagnetBrainsEducation
@MagnetBrainsEducation 2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! Thanks for your question. Curved ceilings are often used in schools because the curved shape helps disperse sound more evenly throughout the room. This means that sound does not reverberate as much and makes it easier for students to hear their teachers.

Why reverberation can't be hear in room with all kind of furniture, metal......etc
@MagnetBrainsEducation
@MagnetBrainsEducation 2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! Thank you for your comment and interest in our educational videos. To answer your question, reverberation can be heard in rooms with furniture, metal and other objects because sound waves reflect off of them and create an echo. That's why reverberation can be heard even in a room that has other objects in it. Thanks for watching - keep up the good work!
