I use to have a noted rune dagger in my bank. I had it for a couple years before I logged in one day and it was unnoted. It was a bug when eoc came and poison weapons were removed from the game. Aviansies still dropped poisoned run daggers, and I grabbed one. Upon equipping, it would turn normal so I just sat it in my bank. A day or two later jagex removed poisoned weapons that were obtained as drops and noted them. I then had a rune dagger noted in my bank. It was pretty cool lol

Must’ve been some glitch lol it was probably early 2007 that happened. Post Wildy update. Jagex was notorious at fixing glitches and Bugs they had a whole department dedicated to that specific task. People were getting too clever with hacks and game bug abuse.

Funny story is I used to think my account felt special because I do have a War Ship, Bunny Ears and Scythe (and 15 year cape obv) and then happened to get locked out earlier this year with that. Thankfully when I came back those items were still all there (as were the Halloween skelly outfit and pumpkin head which I love to wonder around in on RS3). This video made me now realize I not only have a War Ship, the Bunny ears and scythe but also the special disk of returning, title and item they gave to us that lists the compensation ("Returner's Gift Box Contents). Ended up with a noted item in my bank as well after having to contact them to have some items restored. Getting rarer by the day as Jagex keeps making mistakes I guess.. :)

It's not terribly "rare" or anything, but on the first day of release of Archeology you could bank Complete Tomes when they weren't supposed to be bankable. Once the hotfix occurred any banked tomes were placed in your inventory. However if you had deposited a tome and removed it but kept the placeholder, the placeholder remained. So now I have a place holder for an item that can't be banked anymore. It's niche but kinda cool. If you want screenshots I'd be more than happy to help.

I had the chance to make my ironman with a 15 year account but didnt for account security reasons. You could actually do it with accounts that were played on and the ironman kept their items like bunny ears etc and even rares or armor. Even accounts from 07-08 that were low level got the account creation screen and could become an iron

This random vid helped me realise I had a few very early accounts not logged in for ages. 10 of them go to character creation, pick a new name, Ironman options, and all qualify for 20 year capes. Admittedly I have a few other rare RS things, but this was very useful info to learn, thanks. Weirdly they show a later start date than my other 2001 accounts, which they all are (These were made very early as bread (Max healing) banks before banks could hold items).

I remember one involving interface stalling in the room after you left a dungeon & getting absurd xp/tokens per hour for an easily replicated bug. The only problem was you needed others to do it. It was very similar to the item smuggling bug(s). It wasn't patched for weeks

Once it was possible to get a members item in runescape without ever having been a member You could dig in the compost heap at the back of draynor mansion and you would get a "members' object" (probably was from some quest I think) Tried it a few years later but they patched it by then.

Is there a HC Ironman account with the following requirements? 1 attack, 1 strength, 99 def, 1 range, prayer 1-43, 99hp, 1 magic - Would be under combat lvl 60. Near to full dragon (everything but the plate body - Draconic Visage/Dragonfire Shield instead of Drag SQ or Kite). For the first time I’m going to make a comment about the sponsorships. Nothing bad on your end...just want opinions of other people. Funnily, I wasn't subscribed (or even actively playing at the time) on my pure when the 1def resets happened, due to the reset of attack styles on weapons. I decided I would try my luck as I had mistakingly got 2def on my pure the year prior, asking my experience to be reset - which they did reset, LOL. I was also granted 30days membership, which I was NOT EVER online for them to manually reset me (as I wasn't playing at the time). I logged on during the last week of the free memebership confused why I could switch to the member worlds, and noticed my defence was lv1, and thej noticed I recieved mail to my account, which was apologetic. I have a pretty rare rs3 account. I have a lvl 26 (I accidentally got 3 str :( ) with 99 hp with no TH. I used the darkscape xp cache on HP, which gave half xp of what you had on darkscape, and I didn’t use it on any other cb skills. Afaik I’m the only darkscape player that did that so technically it’s not possible to do it anymore. The problem is ppl have better hp levels because of TH, so it kinda devalues my account...
