Salesforce is low code, it's easy to develope but you have more control and choices in traditional javascript development, but salesforce is better for scaling, salesforce is usually used for internal employees of a business, on the other hand javascript is used for customer or anonymous user access

Many think we have database to fetch and manage data why we need salesforce .. But everyone dont know sql and We dont need to give access to our DB. But Salesforce can be used by anyone by just customizing data by giving limited permission too. In service cloud its easy for Customer service to resolve Customer queries.

I am a java developer in tcs, slogging my ass for 12 hrs/day from 2 years , now is the day when I got an offer from infy & amdocs that so also for 7 LPA , I was happy. But when I got to know that one of my colleague got an offer for 10.5 in Deloitte that so also for Salesforce, damm I was thinking of sucide.They do not work that hard to deliver (12 hrs/day) plus the tension is also less compared to the devs.
