Yes, there is a cellular network component. But be aware that these phones cannot be unlocked if phone firmware was updated. Phone should have U1 bootloader version only. U2 and above cannot be unlocked because of improved security version.

Install Knox Status Samsung app from Google play and open it. If you have Knox 0x0 status then you are golden, your phone is same as any other normal device. If you have Knox 0x1, then you should be a bit more careful, do not flash any firmware to this phone from your PC and you will be okay. 👍
