Summary: Big Panoti of Saturn is Sade Sati: when Saturn transits the 12th, 1st and 2nd house from Birth mooon in 7.5 years, Small Panoti, when Saturn transits the 4th and 8th house from Birth Moon for 2.5 years. To get the best results in the time of big or small Panoti of Saturn: Do lots of Self Inquiry, do self introspection, develop inner growth, following the rules, have slow but steady growth. Do Penance/austerity, its true meaning is: do non violence, do not harm anyone with your mind, by deeds or by your speech. Follow the truth, live a life of detachment. There are 3 types of austerity in Ch 17 of BGita: physical, mental and verbal austerity, do your duty well, follow the rules and regulations (do not do illegal or illogical work or you will be punished), walk the right path, do your work slow and steady, develop good, positive constructive qualities in life and have patience. There isn't any "bad or challenging" time a slong as you do good (don't violate Laws of Nature). We can make these Panoti times good. It is in our hands to scatter or refine the experiences of Panoti.

(7.5 years when he is in our ascending sign then in our birth sign n then in descending birthsign.
