@@DarrylMurphysr Ohh so your from the united states that's nice and you asked me about how often do i meditate well i did try to meditate one time but it didn't worked so i stopped doing it for a while but after researching about it and it's health benefits and how it can be useful for people who have depression, paranoia or anger management and so on so i started doing it again today was my first day of meditation and this time i'm planning to keep it consistent till 2 months hope for me that i may become a more mindful person and that i'll reach my goal and become a successful person Ohh and you asked do i prefer any form of meditation well i'm not so sure about that i did order a guide to meditation book called site like a buddha and it's talks about shamatha meditation wich was the same one which buddha did to achieve enlightenment so i guess i would say shamatha meditation

My sister has changed her life completely giving it to Jesus Christ, she lives a completely different life centered around Jesus. I am so happy for her and proud of her but sadly she now tells me certain things I believe in are evil. I consider myself “spiritual” and don’t follow a Christian path. My daughter and I are in the same boat. I don't want to disrupt her spiritual path, but being called a demon has distressed me to some degree. I just hope this doesn't end in heartbreak. She will not allow me to spend time with my grandkids at this point. But now that I understand a good portion of the truth, I cannot go back either. Aaron has posted videos regarding the apostle Paul and how his teachings perverted Jesus' own words. Paul essentially created a cult meant to worship himself as the deliverer of souls. Paul teaches that deliverance is achieved by simply voicing your acceptance of Jesus Christ as your savior. Jesus taught that true repentance and doing acts of service to others simply for the sake of helping (because all souls are one) is the way to grace. When you are kind to a stranger, you are a blessing to the stranger, Jesus, and yourself. Aaron likes to say that organized religion is a step in the right direction, but at the end of the day, it is like training wheels for the development of consciousness. I tend to agree.

To anyone who could answer this, I have a 9-5 job I really don’t enjoy and am seeking to get out of without going broke. I am wondering if my SQ can increase while I have this job, or if the job is a blockage on my SQ’s ascension. I remember seeing a video by Aaron where he said that often we ascend through subtraction, not addition. Is this job and the resentment I have towards how much it controls my life the source of my feelings of an ongoing spiritual plateau? Or could I theoretically be in any situation and unlock the next level of a spiritual awakening?

I'm not saying this is what you do, okay? But I didn't awaken until I left my job and rested for a few months. But my job was 24/7 and entailed at least 90 hours a week. I could be working at 3am or at 7am, etc. There was no time to consider anything else, including my family. But it paid enough to where I had saved enough to live now. Still it sounds like you hate your job enough to impede progress for you. Maybe consider a new line of work? Something that works with your personal beliefs and morals? If not, you would need to change your thoughts on the job you do have. I wish you well on your journey!

Probably you have experienced at any degree in your life feelings from the heart. I'm gonna list intuitively what makes sense to me and what I know from experience. Happiness, Gratitude, generosity, compassion, empathy, willingness to help others in any way even if you don't gain anything, friendliness, tenderness, genuine enthusiasm etc Any kind of loving expression and emotion helps to open the heart and cultivating these things keep the heart open. Eventually it becomes your normal state of being, meaning effortlessly maintaining an open heart.

Aaron, can I be sort of stuck mostly between the first three chakras depending on variables but also sort of pop into heart chakra and higher? I feel when I'm out of alignment. I also have strong root and sacral blocks that keep me slipping into ego and insanity when triggered/dysregulated, etc. I think I spend most of my energy in the sacral and solar plexus. I'm doing a ton of mental health and spiritual work with myself (haha, sometimes I'm the observer). Its slow moving with a little epiphany once in awhile. Being a parent is the biggest catalyst so far. The ancestral trauma runs deep in my family, part up my mother's side. We have polygamous Mormon ancestry from the 1800's, lots of mental illness, genetic issues. Its like Darwin's grab bag over here. I've been watching you and a few other spiritual KZbin-ers for a few years now. I study lots of things, including The Law of One. I want to polarize Service To Others but I don't really know how I polarize. I don't want to suffer. I don't want others to suffer. Causing others to suffer causes me suffering. I'm just trying to stop putting out so much fear-based, reactionary, dysregulated emotion. Its exhausting but I won't accept giving in to my shadow. Accepting my shadow, sure. Knowing what good those gifts can do if harnessed properly. And also, it scares me.
