If one is still too close to their ego (passing judgment on self and still habitually passing judgment on others) they will have a difficult time grasping this concept. Best to work on self solely 👀 see their OWN shadows first and all their darkness best they can before they can understand and see another's true light inside. Otherwise all they will see in the other is the darkness no matter how hard they try. Start by forgiving self and notice that ALL judgment of another is just YOU judging yourself. After reading/listening to "The Law of One", It became so simple to me. There is no "evil", there are three categories: 1. Those who are not awake, stuck in 3rd or even 2nd density, 2. Those choosing the positive path. 3. Those choosing the negative path. Ra makes it clear that all 3 categories are valid and there is no need to judge any of them. Category 1 will eventually learn what is necessary to make a choice of their own in their own time. Those on the positive path will advance to a positive 4th density and those who can achieve the 95% 'love of self' will advance to a negative 4th density. Not for me to worry about, just be aware of and do my part to advance my own path. No judgement necessary. It resonated so strongly with me and though I still catch myself in old habits, It has created so much clarity and added so much light to my life. When I first started listening to the audiobook a few years ago I was absolutely stunned. It felt very strongly like I had always known this and had just forgotten it. And because evil has been put on them in their past and all its associated pain, the last thing they need is hate, the one thing they fully need is love and understanding.......get out of the me and self. Narcissism is generational, that saying pain runs deep, it does. Your actions carry so far out into time beyond what we understand. Be love, think love. give love daily in all you encounter, no matter your own suffering or point in life. What if you were in an abusive situation, or alot of pain. There is good and bad or this illusion wouldn't be here. Part of the ascension comes with wanting to be good or of the light, plus it helps, rather than harms the world. It is all an illusion, but we need to do something to get through this veil we've created. I've always looked back at the pain with gladness. It seems as if there is no good and bad it's just Joy and Pain. We don't actively seek out pain and we always move towards Joy as if this is our natural state joy peace and love as with the light. It's not so much about going through the reconciliation but more of letting our light shine through by dropping all of the beliefs we have held or otherwise known as judgments about ourselves. I just did my second Ayahuasca experience and I had the privilege to see into the reality of the Universe. It was breathtaking and made me weep in gratitude. I'm in minute 15. I believe the ones most easy to hate, need our love energy. Love does not mean like or approve. It means that deeper level of heart energy when we can acknowledge the pain they do to us and yet, to choose to still call them brothers or sisters. It hurts, i don't like, i don't agree, but i can love and send them love and hope they will be blessed the way THEY NEED to shift their ways. And turn my back and mind and walk away from them if I cannot do otherwise. For me, there is no contradiction in loving my enemies. I can love them, send them love in my mind through my heart..and take care of myself to the best of my ability. Being stuck on how evil they are will not do any good to anyone.. Also, when what we call evil happens..I choose to trust that in the bigger picture it serves me and humans. One single trick from Buddhism (I think lol) helped me a lot when perceiving any action of mine or other people. Instead of looking them as good or bad, we can see them as skillfull or unskillfull or helpful, unhelpful. Even then instead of judging those actions, it's enough to just discern what is what. Judging, as I understand it, leads either to condemnation or approval. Discernment is simply aknowledgment of what is what without critique. Without discernment we are prone to naivete or suspicion. Discernment is not the same as judgment. Hard to accept for many people, but with investigation the distinction becomes obvious at some point. So, skillfull/unskillfull is smoother and lighter than good/evil and it's not a huge leap of change in the way of perceiving things... At least as a tool to correcting perception might be beneficial for some people.

I love the song of birds, some classical music, esoteric music, orderly music and soft music but there is much music that makes me recoil, I almost panic to get away. My SP doesn’t have the same experience and he wants to go to concerts with me. It is so painful for me much of the time. So last night, at a 3 hour long concert I said to myself, rise above, remain in the peace of God, but the music was so loud, so chaotic , I could feel negative vibes from the lead singer and some others in the group. I sat there lecturing myself “How could I judge them so!” I tried to mentally escape, at times I did but it was hard. I looked around at others enjoying the music. I am just so sensitive to the negative energy and chaos that I want to flee. This morning I am trying to forgive myself for judging so harshly. I don’t know why I have this experience and I want to overcome it. This video and many of the comments here are helpful but I am still displeased with myself.

Evil exists only as a product of the mind believing false things. It is not a separate force opposing Love. Evil expressions are able only because Love allows. Love does not suppres or oppress. Why? Because if Love did that there would be no free will and it would not be love. The job of the mind is Duality. The mind alone(ego) does not know what's wrong and what's good. There are many people, who did evil things but they truly believed that their motives were about bringing positive effects. They sincerely believed they were doing good. It still happens. That's distorted view of reality. Evil exists only in the mind as potentiality. Of course what is in the mind can be expressed as actions and words, but it is not mandatory, as you clearly know by your own experience. We don't have to act out every thought obviously. Love on the other hand is not of the mind it's not product of thinking or feeling. Love transcends the mind it is not generated by the human mind. It finds expressions through our minds of course, but Love itself is prior to the mind. Love is beyond Duality. Duality exists IN Love. People only act in violent ways, out of fear and inward conflict in their minds. If one does not believe in negative thoughts, they do not act it out, they not even hold on it. That's why it's the most important thing in our life to realise we are not our mind and our being is not contained and restrained in our personality. That's why it's the MOST important thing to know that we are the awareness which is prior to ANY mind activity. We are not the personas, we are the wielder of our persona. Fear ends, conflict ends and inevitably ALL violence end naturally. In essence, all the evil things we are doing to ourselves. There is no external force dictating to do evil/bad stuff. People do those things out of ignorance of their true nature. Evil does NOT exist as a separate entity or force. WE choose to use the mind for good or evil or anything.

I completely agree with everything you're saying, Aaron. I've been following you for a long time and at first began through Kyle C. The one thing in this discussion and I've been jumping around on different accounts so please excuse me it's been a rough year and I've gone through several phones and phone numbers. But what I was trying to say is this is so important and so true and I just played it out this morning with my ex-husband. the hardest part for me to make peace with is that I'm having trouble considering that there's anything erroneous in the Bible. I understand what you're saying about Paul and I actually agree with you I mean it really does make sense but that ingraining of the programming that I mean I have time with my cousin regularly, and she's always a attributing everything that doesn't turn out roses as demons . And it's that separation thing that keeps us from like growing out of it and I've been out for three years now meditating every day for several hours and I'm still not out of it lol

I have been blocking out all negative Social Media, bad posts on X and News. The only content I consume is positive content like this channel (positive Social Media) or other types of content that educate and inspire me. Does that mean I am bypassing? - I am doing this for the sake of my wellbeing and and mental health.
