What is spontaneously fermented beer and how is it different? | Crossover Blendery

In this video we sit down with George Stagg from Crossover Blendery to talk about spontaneously fermented beer, and how it differs from mainstream brewing. This method of making beer is most commonly associated with Belgian Lambic breweries, but in recent years more and more brewers are trying their hand at crafting this unique style.
While we’re at it, we also talk with George about the Crossover story and how it came to be, that two young lads from Hertfordshire decided to start a blending project solely focused on spontaneously fermented beers.
