Hello Neeraj, thanks for commenting. As per my suggestions and experience you should not go for M pharma. Try your best to get job inside any vertical of clinical research, because the experience you get through job is far better, relevant and important than any college degree. As you are already a B pharm, so look for jobs with this degree and do whatever it takes to get the job.

As far as I know residents are not eligible for job, you can join job only after completion of your residency and regarding NGO salary no idea...but in medical companies very easily you can expect 9 to 12 lacs of CTC and it may go more also all depends on your current CTC and experience till date
