RCC designer kuch bhi kr skta h...yaha pr stub footing sirf plinth beam ko hi support krega....or 1st floor ya 2nd floor ke beam ko or heavy kr skta h steel zyada de dega to usme usko support ki zarurt ni padti. Jaisa apne dekha hoga masjid ke ander koi support ni rhta h column ka sirf beam or slab hi rhta h
