Hello Sir, Thanks for the explanation. I have a following questions on this topic- let's say we have applied RLS department wise that is role 1 is DepartmentA which allow the user to only see data about department-A only and so on for each departments. Now after providing users acess to respective roles and once they subscribe, will they get report based on their role or full report?

Hi, If users are present in multiple DL's and these DL's are used to subscribe the report users are getting multiple emails of same report for each DL's Can we avoid sending multiple emails if user is in multiple DL's using this subscription

Hi Sir, While sending this report to user, will it consider current selected slicer or it will remove the entire slicer on page and then share? Also if I want to share the report every month by auto changing the month slicer, is that possible? Please assist.

Any idea if the report attachment can be encrypted? Or Will the power bi link which is sent in email point to the report with a snapshot of that time only? Let's say Friday 3.15 am the report is sent but when user comes on Monday and click on the link. Will the report show snapshot data as of Friday or data as of Monday? (assume data was changed on Saturday and Sunday)

I hope you can create the dashboard for each page and subscribe the dashboard to different users. I never tried, it is the possible solution I can think of.

Without pro/premium license you can’t see the reports. Alternatively you can publish the report to web and anyone in the internet can see it. Now this option is disabled by default. You need to enable in admin portal. Another option is to embed your reports in web. Learn about embedding power hi reports. This also involves some cost

​@@AnalyticswithNags Sir I meant the organization has some members with Pro/PPU subscription. A few people are not issued those license, hence i am unable to subscribe their pages to them. So, I wanted a generic approach wherein I wanted to make a Power Automate Flow, through which I can send mail of specific pages as PNG to specific users. The page names are named after the respective users name.
