There are three invisible paths in our body in which prana flows. One path on the right side of our spinal cord; Pingla Nadi, and second is on the left side of our spinal cord; Ida nadi. There is a third way of prana flow which go through central part of our spinal cord. This central path of vital energy is called Sushmna nadi. When prana flows in sushmna nadi our brain release tranquilizers and our mind become calm and concentrated.
