In the west (I'm in the UK) we can wear any colour abaya/hijab and we still get attention, but the wrong kind.. we are subjected to abuse, but I, myself, would never take it off and dress like them (I'm a revert) but some others may wrongly interpret this message to say they can dress like the westerners as to not draw attention
