What is the Bardstown Bourbon Company tasting experience

I did a tour/tasting at their distillery a few weeks ago. The real time data logging/monitoring was impressive, and the tour guides were a lot of fun! Great bourbon!

The oxygen hitting the ethanol creates the burning feeling. That's why breathing out your nose helps you taste the flavors over the alcohol. Who knew!
