The naruku cylinder has been my daily bore for The last 5 years every season I'll freshen it up put a new piston in inspect the bore never have any issues very powerful affordable cylinder if this is Honda cylinders one of the best cylinders on the market is the polini Corsa or contesta IMO

Airsall makes a great cast aluminum cylinder you just have to know how to tune they're less forgiving than cast iron cylinders

@@rallyscoot my fuel consumption isn't bad with my cylinder the case is Port match cylinders ported I'm running a 28 mm carburetor and to be honest I probably get around 50 miles of tank the tank holds just under one gallon

For daily use: malossi or polini sport 50/70cc. They last, take an exhaust that is low in revs for lots of torque. Carbonite casting which holds its form at higher temperatures

I’ve got a cheap 70cc kit that cost £30 ($38) runs perfect. Only downside exhaust port bolt holes crack easily which was my own fault using a big socket so had 2 kits on the same piston just changed the barrel and there was no damage on the piston it had used for about 5 months everyday. My set up Stage 6 pro replica Dellorti 17.5mm 74jet i think Mallosi clutch Mallosi variator 6.0g rollers Red spring can’t remember the brand Stage 6 reeds I get about 70 to 75mph

Everyone wants to go faster just remember you have to increase your main jet if you do the math pi. x dia2 to get jet area as you increase the main jet that’s that much more gas from 1/4-full throttle constantly passing thru that main jet all the time my roughhouse went from around 80 mpg to under 50mpg going from a 82 jet to a 95 jsyk

I think the malosi kit might be well worth the extra money cause it has reeds when power band kicks in it starts to back feed through the carb at max speed. honestly im not sure if the expansion chamber is worth it it looks great but it seems to take forever to kick into power band im guessing its to big.

Malossi are the most popular kits for 50cc tuning here in europe, but if you buy an used kit for like 80€/100$ and buy a new piston and gaskets you get way cheaper with the same quality, and you forgot to mention, on a scooter top end is only one thing, you have the ignition and clutch and variomat exhaust, carburetor etc

If you're gonna buy Naraku, the Ebay special 80cc's are pretty much the same. Plus you'll save $60, and get a head with it. Use the money on the pipe.

Hi man. With this 70cc cylinders, do you need to warm them up before using? Like i got a 70cc stage6 cylinder but if i straight away rev and go after turning it on, i experience a brief bog down after takeoff but will eventually go away after a few hundred metres of revving. It will be fine after that.

for a piaggio engine you have to go around 80-90 with a dellorto 17.5 carburator but if you use a aluminium cilinder like the airsal then i would recommend to use around 92-98.

Are these easy to install? Are any other mods neccessary to scooter, as far as engine wise, in order to install these. I have a 2012 yamaha zuma yw50fb, with only 234 miles when I bought it a few months ago. It isn't even broken in, yet. Just don't wanna destroy it by not doing it right. All this stuff is pretty easy to do with a standard set of tools, sockets, spanners, screwdrivers. Getting a lower power kit would be good as the crankshaft wouldn't need to be changed, which is a bit more time consuming and involved. You will usually need a new exhaust and carburettor jets to account for more fuel needed and more exhaust gases being made. Occasionally, the weights will need to be changed in the transmission as they're designed for the power of a smaller engine, but this is easy too. Hope this helps

I would recommend swapping the motor for a Honda Elite motor. There is nothing you can do to the spree that would be worth it.

I would go for the Airsal for longevity it has a nicasil cylinder. We have these in stock if you need them. If your looking for power at a good cost go with Hoca.

They're actually pretty mild cylinders dude.. You can get Stage6 and MHR 70 cylinders that make over 22hp and more with porting

Okay just wanna point out that the best of those are malossi and the worst is probaly Airasal but the exhaust port in the cylinder is not "bigger" the one hes showing is just filled with oil bacause he mixed to much in the tank or he just used for a long while the 70cc kits will also get to that point

@@no____-____ah Kind of true :/ once had a naraku variator and the strap blowed up airasal is okay if you can adjust the moped right just like r-line (only gets sold in denmark) had a jog fs running 105 km/h with the cylinder and it costed like 92 dollars so i aint complaining. but if the moped is build to last long time then we can both agree that malossi and stage 6 is waaaay forward
