2x Spicy has a punch but not too overwhelming for spicy lovers and it has a sweetness to it that is pretty good. Add cheese or an egg to bring it down if you end up feeling it is too spicy.

NongShim Kimchi has a vegetarian option. It's in the container that looks like the one they're eating, not the shorter broader one which is not vegetarian. Also, Nongshim Soon Veggie Noodle is vegan. They're both on Amazon.
