That's easy to achieve, unless you feel you've got an addiction. If so all is not lost but start now on going cold turkey on some smaller things, perhaps a particular food. Build up to different things & before you know it you'll be able to give anything up at ease.

@@tman5634 Yes, I agree. I'm glad you threw food in there. I keep wondering if I'll miss certain American comfort foods if I decide to live in a foreign country? I lived in a few places in Europe and have travelled around here and there, but there is nothing quite like getting back to the states where I can load up on Alaskan King Crab and Filet Minion, etc............ I need to get over my fine food addiction for sure because I can't afford to dine at 5 star resorts all the time if I decide to travel full time. Here, in the states, you can buy that fine stuff at the grocery store and cook it up at home for a reasonable prices. I would love to see some videos from Vagabond Awake comparing grocery stores in different countries, especially the meat/seafood, cheese/deli, and veggie/fruit sections. @@globetrotting2628 I mentioned food as it seems the constant thing many travellers miss when away from their home country. For me, my vice is good quality cheese, something not readily available in certain countries & if so can be very expensive (eg. Thailand). I did Amazon too, technically I was successful... in Canada! But when I tried to launch in the USA my account was banned for no reason. So I quit and I'm doing something else now

Agreed. Amazon treats their customers amazingly. But they treat their sellers poorly in my opinion.

I'm approximately 2.5yrs away from retirement from law enforcement. In 2016 I paid for a course on how to sell physical products on Amazon too . I now have given up on my Amazon business. It's a dead end and too many problems associated with it. Still looking for a business model. I agree creating a digital product of your own that's ever green is the way to go.

Dan, good work, great, honest, material. Thanks a lot. Qiang, your modeling adds a lot. Dan's photography has improved notably, you really know how to pose and the thumbnails are very attractive. How do you lug about so many changes of clothing?. Great teamwork.

Ya but,,,,,a big factor in your success is your girlfriend in your videos,,,not everybody has an amazing beautiful asian girlfriend like that !!! she s that one in a million type of women,,,,,, So,,, good for you,,, keep enjoying your life and this paradise which is earth,,,but not many people realize that,,,many want to make it hell !!! too bad for them ! and its good to share knowledge and wealth with others when we can. Not everybody had the chance to be born in a good country,,,so when we can,,,we can help these people. Regards.

So true richard boyer, the world is such a beautiful place. I just laugh quietly to myself when I hear someone say "this country, or that country," is the best country in the world. Almost every country I explore is uniquely inspiring to me in more than one way. That is ultimately why I keep traveling the world slowly rather than settling permanently in one place! The World is a beautiful place. If you are looking for love in your life, check out this report: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6qXfqShoZiDodk Best, Dan

My online business idea is consulting. Selling the knowledge of what I do now. I have a lifetime of experience to share and I believe people will pay for my advice. I plan to write articles for my blog and make youtube videos to drive people to my consulting business. I would not show ads or try to make money from youtube, just use it to advertise my consulting.

I tried all the easy ways first. Turned out they were saying it was easy so they could charge me more money. When people tell you making money online is easy, what they really mean is taking your money is easier if they tell you making money online is easy. The good news is that once you get the ball rolling down hill, which is not easy, keeping it going gets easier and easier.

Good vid. Thanks. Im wondering do you have to have a permanent address and have to spend at least 3 months of the year in your resident country in order to file taxes, qualify for social security and healthcare etc… I’m not sure if you can set up a business without a main country of residence, even if traveling most of the time? Any information appreciated! Thanks, D.
@VagabondAwake3 жыл бұрын
It is true that Paypal, Stripe, banks, etc., make you fill in an address when you sign up for things. I have those so I am set. I recommend setting that up before you leave and not changing it. Grab my free eBook. It explains: vagabondbuddha.com/fire-your-boss-travel-world/

@@VagabondAwake Cheers, yes I do have things like that set up during my travels, and I have a U.K. base etc… It’s just whenever I’ve looked into the possibility of Long stints away, information has popped up about people having to spend at least 90 days of the year in their resident country for tax, healthcare & social security reasons. Maybe that’s just a standard, and there are other possibilities too? Thanks for the link, I’ll check it out!

There are companies that sell real onward tickets for about $12. Just google "Onward tickets" and read about it. :-)
