Hi! i buy brass wire solder through RIO GRANDE JEWELRY SUPPLY -brass wire solder, item #132201 www.riogrande.com/product/brass-wire-solder-20-ga/132201GP/?code=132201 i use liquid aquiflux, but any jewelry flux should work. www.esslinger.com/aquiflux-self-pickling-liquid-hard-soldering-flux-for-jewelers-choose-size/

I would braze it using a brass filler rod and oxy acetylene torch, not too much heat. Just be sure to prepare the joint with a bevel. Sand it and blend it in when finished

You mean as a better alternative? Why would you do this method over hers? Just asking as someone who just bought a soldering iron to solder with brass and copper and is scared of torches. lol

I use spray flux, i use Aquiflux when soldering brass, copper, sterling silver
