That depends on you, the nouver pet is purely cosmetic, while the garmoth pet gives HP. However you can't get the nouver pet easily again, while you can slowly grind out garmoth pets.

@@Kashira25398 I've been wating for Jojo or Putrakium for their really long range pick up for sea monster content . To pick up the loot with carrack with the current pets you have to navigate the ship right above the kill .
