Upanishads hv always pointed towards non- duality.(somehow in buddhism, jainism ..etc too). Which means the ultimate truth is eternal awareness and it pervades whole universe. It has become universe and pervades it. So it is present everywhere ,everytime. And what he does is duality approach. (Not denying his approach, but that's not ultimate, usefull for beginning, which is god and creation are somehow diffrent not coinciding)
