Hi, glad to know you learnt a lot. Learning and development plan is quite broad, it depends on what you are referring to. Are you referring to a learning and development plan for you own personal growth or do you mean in relation to a specific area of a business for employees?

Hi Lish! Please could you help 🙏🏻☺️ I want to start a career in HR and I’m not sure whether I should start with CIPD level 3, or if I have enough experience, go straight into CIPD level 5. I worked as a manager in a shop for 5 years where I managed all stages of employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, off-boarding). I managed all data and kept records on HCM system including absences, performance reviews and recorded conversation outcomes. What are your thoughts? Do you think by skipping level 3 I would miss out on a lot of base knowledge?

Hi Paulina, I think that due to the experience you have already, it may be best to go for the Level 5 as Level 3 is just the fundamentals which you would already have a grasp on to a degree based on what you have mentioned. Hope this helps!
