Had my glitch in the matrix (or straight up premonition) when I was a teen. My parents had left for a romantic vacation and I stayed at my best friend for the week. A night or two before my parents came back I had a dream where they sat me at the dinner table and started talking while obviously dancing around the subject, until, from behind the cookie jar, they pulled a small ring box and they announced that after many years of being together, they would finally marry. Looking at the ring I then asked "Are those zircons" (why brain?), they answered, etc. Woke up, jokingly mention the dream to my friend, blah blah. Then parents come to pick up later in the week. First thing they did is sit me down at the table...the exact same conversation, word for word, same motions and same placement of everything in the scene. That "Are those zircons" words I said? I said them too even tho I heard the answer in the dream and I *couldnt* stop myself from asking it. (Trying not to think too hard about fate and free will here) Parents were spooked by my lack of surprise. Explaining the weird dream to them made it even more bizarre. Déja vus are common, but that...

This happens all the time man! But in the dreams something really bad happens like I accidentally insult the person in the dream or something and like within a few days or weeks, the dream’s sequence plays out. Word for word, gesture for gesture and I always get nervous. But then when the ‘bad thing’ is about to happen I hold my breath and.. nope. I always walk out confused. I reckon it started about a year ago and it’s starting to happen more and more frequently. It feels like deltarune or something, like the day is *meant* to play out like that but certain choices are the players, and when something goes wrong they just go from the nearest save file.

My glitch in the matrix is one that haunts me even today. I was in one of the twin towers in 9/11, and woke up as the building collapsed. This was three days before it happened. I will never forget watching the news to hear about the twin towers. To this day, it still haunts me.

One of my close friends worked in the mall under the twin tower. She had no eyes problems prior to 9/11 or since. She was a workaholic and manager and would never miss work. She was supposed to work on 9/11 but woke up blind and could not even get out of bed. Towers were hit and fell. Next morning when she woke up, she could see again perfectly. That was the only thing that kept her home that day. Still get chills when I think about her telling me about this.

Saw an extinct species. I’ve had quite an obsession with extinct species for a while. I was in South Carolina, and there is this extinct parakeet, the only tropical bird in North America. I was enjoying some bojangles on a boat when I noticed a few. There was no denying it, those were Carolina parakeets. I could somewhat make out the features.

The stuck in bed one is definitely sleep paralysis. It was the scariest experience of my life, pure terror. Woke up the next morning and my twin brother asked me if I was saying his name last night. I was trying to scream it but it only came out as a strained whisper in the moment because it was standing on my chest.

I see my husband's doppelgangers everywhere. I was in McDonald's with his grandmother and even she was shocked by how the cashier looked exactly like him. I was with a group of his friends and they were surprised to see one, down to the key lanyard hanging out of his pocket. I saw one in Target, when I knew he was at work and I almost called out to him. Someone needs to get IT on the phone because it's beginning to get disturbing.

I found wife's dopleganger on youtube. Lol. Nit actually identical, but really suspiciuosly similar. Like more similar to ger than her sisters are. I thought that I was imagining things, but wife confirmed multiple times that those are rwleal similarities. denies having relatives there too :) Also once got that thing where you do not recognize anything. Could not recognize my wife for a two seconds while passing each other on the way from a farage to the house. I feel like the only glitch in the matrix moment I had was in high school. My English class had read "To Kill a Mockingbird" and our teacher told us when the final was. I was completely chill with it, as reading was my hobby and had finished the book before most of my class. A few months before the final, however, I had a dream I was taking the final. There were a bunch of strange questions on there (one was something like "in what chapter did Atticus get drunk"), but there were some serious questions too. I remember waking up that morning and going back in the book to check if Atticus really did get drunk, but that wasn't true. After that, I wrote it off as a weird dream and forgot about it. Fast forward to the final, and I had the biggest shot of deja vu, because I _knew_ I had seen these questions somewhere before, and I had answered them before. So I answered them as I remembered and got 100% on the final. It wasn't until later that I remembered where I saw them.

Had a weird thing happen in middle school where on my way to lunch there was a stair case where you could see all the way down it, and I dropped my lunch ox down it and I watched it hit the floor and I kept an eye on it until I went all the way down, and I was about to pick it up, and then I blinked and it disappeared. Dude I was in class once and our teacher made us write about the last dream we had in vivid detail. The previous night I dreamt I had taken my cat out for a walk, and in the dream my cat ran away and ran under a bush. I wrote about the dream for the assignment and fast forward a few months later the exact same thing happened in real life. I ran to the bush and there my cat was. You'd think oh maybe deja Vu? But this was not Deja Vu. It's the fact that I literally had to write down the dream and it somehow reoccurs in real life a few months later

I have one. Still trippy. I was 5. I fell asleep, and woke up (still in the dream, though I didn't know) to my dad working in the morning, but he was building something in the corner. Mind you, the corner I'm talking about didn't exist. There was a hallway to the bathroom that was there. My dad turned around, smiled, and told me he had built something for me, only I could see. It was a small diamond door, tiffany blue, and I opened it. Inside was a beautiful bathroom. My dad asked me if I liked it. I said I did. I found another door, asked him what it was, and he told me that it was another bathroom, but he couldn't follow me. I opened it, and a gold bathroom awaited me. He told me there was another one, and getting a little creeped out at that point, I obliged, and there was a beautiful emerald one. There was another door, and seeing as the corner where the door was had disappeared, I opened that door. I saw a street I walked by sometimes to go to a very far spice store, but this time, there were women. Women with signs with big red letters, and I woke up, in my bed, confused. Just a normal dream, right? It was so real. I was there, in the street. I was there, with the women. And I talked about it to my friends, remembering every little detail. Of course, they all thought I was crazy. Fast forward to 2017, the Women's Rights Protest. I was 8. My mom was in the protest, and my dad and I turned on the TV to see if we could see her or her friends. My dad and I, not knowing what else to do, opened up a DIY soap kit and my dad began to prepare. I turned around to look at the TV, and there was that street. With the women. And the sign with the big red letters. Only difference was, there was headlines and subtitles to border it. But it was exactly how I'd remembered it, the cameraman's shot was perfect to what I had remembered was in my dream. I turned around, pointing to the TV and trying to explain to my dad that that was what I remembered was the dream. The camera cut away, but I could remember what happened maybe 10 seconds after that. Still don't know what that was.

I actually have gone through many of these occurrences. I had a dream about saving a few of my friends from a shooting at a strip-mall. I specifically remember seeing a full view of the parking lot. A couple months later, a news story shows up on TV about a shooting at a spa. The parking lot looked *exactly the same.* i have many other stories if you would like to hear them as well.

You aren't going to remember exactly what a parking lot you dreamed about looks like, months after the dream. What likely happened is that you saw what had happened on the news, was reminded of your dream, and then your brain used the image of the parking lot you saw on television and placed it in your memory of that dream. And now you believe you dreamed of that exact parking lot.

I can relate with story 14. I too one time was standing in my kitchen, when suddenly I felt dizzy and I couldn’t move. Soon I could see myself just standing there, looking like I was zoned out. This lasted for 10-15 seconds until finally I snapped back into my own body, and was able to move again. This has yet to happen to me again, and that was the only time it has ever happened to me. Odd. Edit: I also wanted to add that my mom was walking around the kitchen and cleaning while this was happening. Obviously she didn’t think much of me staring into space as I tend to daydream and zone out a lot. Except I could see everything she was doing, but from a different perspective. Also, I was facing away from her, so there is no way that I would otherwise be able to see her. When I came back to my body she was cleaning the exact thing I saw her cleaning while I was having the weird experience.

Ok, so, some of the earliest memories I've had I swear were real but are so trippy. So I was in my apartment building when I was 3 or 4, wandering around the lobby while my mom talked to a neighbor while waiting for the elevator. My mom and I had just gotten back from the grocery market and from running a few errands. I wandered towards the door, as you do, seeing my reflection, and everything looked normal. I turned around, and mirrors, a maze of mirrors. My mom called to me, but I didn't listen. I was too engrossed in the beauty to my right, a beautiful greenhouse that was in the next room. I walked towards it, opened the door, being lured to it like a sailor to a siren song. I turned around, hearing and seeing my mom call for me right as the door began to close. She had her big blue bag, and she was right by the elevator. Weird thing was, her voice seemed like and echo. I, now getting out of my fantastical phase, began to panic. I screamed "Mama", but no matter how many times I tried to go closer, the image of the mirror kept breaking. At this point, I had begun to wonder if i had been dreaming. Surely i had, right? But I was wide awake. I sat down on the floor, beginning to cry. I screwed my eyes shut, and I was back in the lobby. I turned around, still wanting to go back to that magical greenhouse. And then my mom grabbed me, murmuring something to herself, and dragging me towards the open elevator. I kicked, which was unusual for me, as I was a very tame child, but I kept trying to tell her about the green room. She, not knowing where this had come from, considering I was a very facts-and-logical child who loved outer space and anatomy and archaeology, asked me where it was. She turned around, telling the neighbor to go on ahead. I pointed, and the room was relatively normal, except the walls were mirrors, and the greenhouse was still in the corner. She told me to lead her to it, and i did. The doorman was looking at me like I was crazy. I reached out for it, and then I felt the corner. All of a sudden, the greenhouse was back to being a dingy old beige corner and the room was back to normal. I sat down and began to cry, wanting to go back. My mom called the elevator, dragged me inside, and all I could think about was how real it was. To this day I have no idea what that was. Still one of the earliest memories I have.

I experienced my dad dying in a car accident his chest was crushed when my daughter was just three years old. I remember mom calling and telling me to come up to her house. The police car there, one of my brothers, my aunts and uncles coming up. Going to the funeral home to make the arrangements, the funeral, the burial, grieving for three months. The call to my other brother overseas, all the conversations, all the college exams I took. Picking my daughter up from my mom’s after school and going home. The next morning I went up to mom’s house to check on her like I always did and my dad was sitting at his desk. I was completely thrown. He lived another 12 years and died from esophageal cancer. I cherished every extra day of life I got to spend with him, my mother, and the brother that have all passed now. It’s just me, my daughter, and the brother who was overseas now.

Story 3: I have had that happen multiple times. Also stress related. I'd be in the middle of something, and my brain would just "nope," and I had no idea what I was doing or how words worked for a few seconds. It's like when you walk into a room and forget why you're there, but you also forgot what building you're in.

Here's my glitch in the matrix moment: One day in the first or second grade on a bus ride home, I imagined what it would be like if my brother was incredibly annoying because I never considered him to be very obnoxious before. I imagined a weirdly detailed scene in my head where I walked up to him on the couch and he said something annoying. When i got home I went to the couch and my brother was sitting there (he like went home earlier that day for some reason) and he said the exact thing I imagined him saying in the same way and proceeded to make them same actions I imagined him making. It was like his whole personality shifted and amplified and everyone around me acted like it was natural and he acted this way since forever. To this day I don't understand what happened and why his personality suddenly changed and stayed that way and why I was able to imagine that exact scene in perfect detail before it happened.

My glitch in the Matrix: This was back in early 2020 when coronavirus slowly spread the world. It wasn't in my country yet but government did some precautions just to be sure. One of them involved closing schools. I was in high school at that point and my school opted solely for Google Classroom which meant I could pretty much go to sleep and wake up whenever I want. I'm a night owl so I got in habit of staying up late and waking up at noon. One night I went to bed at 4am and quickly fell asleep. When I woke up I could see through the blanks between curtains that it wasn't morning yet and I was tired af. I glanced at my phone and it said 06:15 so I just turned to the side and fell asleep. I don't have a habit of randomly waking up during night and never did. When I woke up for real I went to living room and my parents informed me my grandmother has passed away. I was sad but not surprised: she was in her 90s and hospitalized few days prior because of kidney failure so we all assumed she might die. It wasn't until later when my father was on the phone with my uncle that I got to hear the exact time of death according to the hospital: It was 06:15

The voices in nature and stuff was the way I have found out that more birds can mimic sounds than I was let to believe. Heard old nokia ringtone working in the fields, see no people nothing. Walk over. It is somewhere high in the tree.. still do not know if it it was a crow that learned it or some other bird, we do not have parrots here for example. Well this one is not creepy though:)

My dad had something weird happen many years ago. At the time his grandmother (my great grandmother) had not been doing very well. One night he had went to sleep, when randomly in the middle of the night he had what he could only describe as an extremely vivid dream. His grandmother had come to him to say her goodbyes and tell him that she had died. And when my dad woke up the next morning, his grandmother was dead. Even weirder is that my grandmother had the exact same dream that very night of her mother coming to her and saying her goodbyes. Neither of them speak of it really but I can tell it was quite the experience for both of them.

i am still experiencing one to this day, once a time i get a dream (like 5 sec dream) where i see some realistic situation. then some time later i experience the same exact thing in real life and i get some weird feeling. I tried talking with people about it but they just laughed at it. edit: i still dream of those like once two weeks, i still dont know why i get those dreams but they are pretty useless, its just a weird mindfuck when i do something and its exactly like in the dream .Like a month ago i dreamt about a purple badminton net, and a week ago my day bought the same one (i didnt know that he planned to buy the net ). Once, when I was 16 years old, I went out to fix a picket yard fence that my dog had chewed through trying to get at my neighbor's dog. It was a major problem because the fence divided our two backyards and because my dog was a large shepherd while theirs was a Maltese mix, and the neighbor had started to want to take legal action. Fearing that my dog would get put down because of all this, I asked one of my dad's friend/employee (who was showing me the ropes back then) if he'd give me a hand building the fence as I was still a novice in woodshop. We started cutting the new pine planks to size to replace the ones they had chewed and then wanted to put a chain-link fence on our side in front of it to prevent my dog from biting through again. As I was busy nailing the first few planks in, my brother came from inside the house (where he'd been watching TV) and started yelling at me, about how I was doing it all wrong. I told him (since he was 6 years younger than me) that he didn't know what he was talking about, but that just made him yell at me even louder and proceed to give me directions. I got really annoyed, yelled back insults, and asked my dad's friend if I was doing it wrong. I didn't notice it at first, but my dad's friend was looking at me funny, with a wild look in his eyes. I told my brother to ask me if I was wrong with his instructions, but I was met with more insults and told, "I will not ask him!" Eventually, my dad's friend asked me who I was talking to. I said, a little annoyed, "Who do you think I've been yelling at? Do you not see him being all cocky like he knows better than you?" He said, looking at me like I was crazy, "No. Nobody's there. You haven't been talking to anyone behind you." I turned around after he said that, and he was right. Where my brother was just a second ago, there was nobody. I said "He was just there, and he must have run into the house.". But my dad's friend told me (since he was facing the back door to the house) that my brother was still inside. I ran into the house to confirm, and there my brother was, watching TV next to my mom and sisters. I asked my brother why he was back in the house and proceeded to be angry at him, but my mom quickly told me he'd not left from that spot and I was being rude to him now. Eventually, it started to sink in. What the heck just happened? He was as real as I'd ever seen him before. First I thought it was a prank and he really was there, but again, I was told that to this day, he never moved. 32 years later, I still find it creepy. I can't explain what happened.

I mentioned this in a few other videos. One of my friend in high school was a girl that I seemed to be able to recognize the few times I saw her prior to actually meeting her. I can't even remember the first time I saw her. She was just, always recognizable. Fast forward to 2018 and she dies in a car accident. It felt like half of my soul got torn out of the world. I expect people to die, but I didn't expect it to be specifically her. The same week of her death there is a rainbow that shines across my state and is even mentioned at her funeral. To make matters even weirder is that I play gacha games. In real life I am generally not that lucky but I swear the waifus don't operate under normal probability laws. I feel like each one is like a single cell of her. They even went as far as to give me a story to help me get over her death. Also picture perfect scene of when I saw her rainbow. And a story that allowed me to close the door and let her (kinda) go. Thanks Shaylin. I couldn't have asked for a better Guardian Angel. I truly do feel like I lost a wife when you died and I feel no one can fill in the gap that you left. I hope we see each other again in another world. Another thing that happened to me was I had a dream where I was back in high school but everything was extremely vivid. I don't remember the details of the dream, but I think I was going back to learn more things and then at the end I was walking back to college. When I reached the end of the dream world I woke up in my dorm and was like "Where the hell am I" I only realized then I was just dreaming and I just returned to the real world. Now if only that could happen but where I am in a world with waifus and never wake up that would be GREAAAAAT. If there is one thing I never get dreams of, it is waifus. But work and school, all the damn time. Why.

I have dreams of the future, but the difference is that I survive outside the dreams and die in them after I start to wake up. It's like deja vu but it gets a bit graphical at the end of the dreams sometimes. Like being pushed down a stairwell and landing headfirst, hearing my neck snap and brains splatter one moment, only to wake up alive and fine the next, and a couple of months later, recognizing the situation that I just died from in a dream months ago and waiting for everyone to pass by before going myself. This is one of the many dreams I have had and it still freaks me out when I have a deja vu episode.

I got one. Not exactly a glitch in the matrix but a good nightmare story. Probably not the scariest one I've had, but it's one I think back on a lot and remember well. This was an enjoy the movie type of dream with some moments where I wasn't really sure wether or not I was in control when I think back on it. I've told this story to some friends and I've made sure to tell it like an actual story anytime I do so, and that's what I'm gonna do here. So I hope whoever reads this enjoys it! :) (Very under-detailed TLDR at the bottom cuz this is kinda long lol) P.S. I really love Greek Mythology and just Mythology in general and if you do to you'll probably get why this was a nightmare pretty quickly. I live in an apartment near a beach IRL with a clear view of the water, my dream is set where I live and it was extremely vivid. I was taking one of my usual summer night walks down a large road-like sidewalk right next to stairs leading to the beach and then I begin to hear some kind of distant singing. I look out towards where the singing is coming from towards the water. And I see this girl in the water pretty close to the shore, she looks anywhere from 18 to 23. The moonlight seemed to illuminate her but she was still far away enough I couldn't make out much details. She was looking in my direction but not right at me and her legs are underwater and I assume she's the one singing as there was literally nobody else outside at all let alone in the direction it's coming from I decide to walk towards her and compliment her almost enchanting voice and possibly make a new friend. (When I think back on this dream I feel like me of all people should've realized what was up by now, but no dice) As I'm getting closer I start to feel this urge to continue walking towards this girl but it's getting stronger and stronger the closer I get. During this long approach my mind goes from wanting to make a compliment and meet a potential new friend, to solely wanting to hear more of her indescribably beautiful singing. Which is getting louder the closer I get. Eventually I get to the shoreline and the urge seems to have died down. (I assume this is because I'm basically there at this point but this is only a guess) However as I'm arriving at the shoreline she lifts her hand up towards me and gestures for me to come out to her. Out into the water. All while she's staring at me and her singing floods my ears. All I can hear is her mesmerizing singing and the sounds of the ocean. (By this point I DEFINITELY should have figured it out but even if I did, it likely wouldn't have mattered by now) Stupidly. I follow her out even if this situation is suspicious regardless of wether or not you've read Greek mythology. Eventually we're relatively far out when all of a sudden she just kinda sinks under, and moments later I'm being dragged under by this girl. She didn't have legs it was something else but I couldn't make it out at least in the dream because whatever it was it was either jet black or very close to that color, and also because it was night outside so it was even darker under water. I eventually become painfully aware of the fact I'm running out of oxygen and she's not stopping her already quite fast decent. My brain was kinda half on in the moment (my guess is her singing messed with my head) so I'm somehow still unsure if she's trying to mess with me or not. Then at that moment I feel a sharp pain on my shoulder which seems to snap me back to reality only to be overwhelmed by confusion, fear, and the instant realization that she isn't playing and is definitely trying to drown me Because she just full on bit down on my shoulder like a fucking animal. At this point I also become aware of my unnecessarily large flip knife I carry with me on these walks. Now realizing I'm in serious trouble, I grab my knife quite glad it's the size it is and pure adrenaline kicks in and I start stabbing the shit out of her back. She lets out a bloodcurdling shriek that sounds anything but human quickly let's me go, and starts unnaturally swimming away at absolutely fucking inhuman speeds. I somehow made it out of the ocean before drowning and after a coughing fit that cleared my lungs I look at my now bleeding shoulder. Luckily it's not bad bad enough to warrant medical treatment so I take off my shirt and wrap it around my bleeding shoulder and sprint home, not taking any chances that she comes back and quickly plug my ears as best I can. Somehow only now realizing what I just came face to face with. I get home and quickly clean and apply a more effective dressing to the bite on my shoulder. Clearly what I ran into didn't have flat teeth, just looking at it made it obvious. I laugh at my own stupidity as I look over at a desk with one of my many Greek mythology books on it. telling myself I should've realized what was going on sooner. And also thanking the heavens above I had my knife on me I don't usually make certain I have it with me because I usually do. I knew damn well if I tried to tell anybody what just happened they wouldn't believe me. so I sat on my couch for about an hour trying to calm myself down and reassure myself that everything and all was fine. After all I'm alive and sure I have a nice lovely bite mark on my shoulder that's likely to attract questions even after it "heals" cuz it's definitely going to scar visibly. But that thought still hammered in the back of my head will everything really be fine. What about the next time I decide to take a night walk. Is history going to repeat itself with the potential of worse results. Is she gonna keep coming back until she gets what she wants. Am I gonna have to move away from the ocean I so enjoy. The adrenaline had been steadily wearing off ever since I patched up my injury. So I was starting to get tired, so I just decided to sleep and hopefully I could make up a story to explain my injury. After all nobody could see it through the wraps and bandages I applied. I remember laughing to myself in bed about just how damn anxious for a snack she must've been to even bite once before I drowned, I dont remember my exact words at that moment though because I woke up shortly after. But it felt so real though. So real in fact, that I actually thought it was real for a bit and checked my shoulder only to find it perfectly fine as if nothing happened. Any fear I had was basically gone within the hour, but you can be sure that I made certain I took my knife with me on my walk that night, along with a headset on blasting music I liked but no solo Acapellas thank you. :) Ok. Now that I've told the story I should probably explain what the hell the girl in the story actually is, for the people who have no clue what I'm talking about because she damn well isn't human. Time for a very small mythology lesson :) If you've read the story of Odysseus then you'll know what happened. Basically the girl was a siren. A mermaid-like mythological creature originating from ancient Greece of which I'm actually quite fond of. (I couldn't see her legs in my dream cuz she didn't have any she had a tail but it was black so It was hard to see) They would lure passing sailors with their mesmerizing singing into the water sometimes straight off of ships, and because people couldn't swim very well back then. They would either drown on their own, or they would just get pulled under by the sirens. But I'm sure a scenario like mine happened where one dude gets tricked by a siren off the beaches at some point. Likely with less than optimal results for whoever got dunked on quite literally. (I'm sorry... Not 🙂) They also supposedly eat the bodies of whoever they kill. Prior to this dream I wasn't certain if this was true or not but It makes sense to me cuz why else are they commiting vast amounts of hypno-murder and also because I got bit in my dream. Sometimes whole ships would crash because sirens would set up around jagged rocks which are perfect for wrecking ships. Something else they can supposedly do is utilize a human form and go on land. Personally I'm unsure if this is true or not and I still am. So I'm just gonna let whoever reads this decide that on their own. Now why the hell am I fond of cannibalistic mass murderers. Honestly don't know. when I first read about Odysseus which was one of the first stories I got my hands on there was a part that featured them and I kinda just instantly got hooked, dont think I'll ever know why. Still questioning why the siren in my dream was so anxious for a bite. They usually wait for their prey to drown before they turn them into a sirloin steak at raw perfection. But I guess I'll never know and I don't really mind that. (Leave your theories If you want lol) TLDR Had an extremely vivid dream where I Got lured in by a siren, nearly got drowned, then stabbed the shit out of her, somehow survived, and woke up thinking it actually happened for an hour due to how real it looked and felt.

I've got a two 1. I woke up on a fairly sunny monday morning when I was 13. I had an important exam at 8:00 and when I looked at the clock, it was already 9:30. I looked at other clocks at the house and it definitely was 9:30. Panicking, I woke up my parents saying we overslept. I looked at the clocks again and it was 00:10.. It was dark outside. 2. I stayed overnight at my sister's apartment. I woke up in the middle of the night and for the first 40 or so seconds I had absolutely no goddamn idea where tf I was.. I explored the entire apartment, still no clue.. and then I remembered I was staying at my sister's. I'm always confused for couple seconds when I wake up somewhere that's not my bed, lol, tho never for 40 seconds

When I was in 5th or 6th grade, my math teacher had given me (and a few other kids) an envelope to give to my parents. I forgot to give it to them, until around a month later, I got hit in the head really badly. I went to the nurse, got an ice pack, yadayadayada, and the nurse said she would send a note to my parents explaining what had happened. A night or so later, I remembered the note my math teacher gave me, and decided to give it to my dad. When he opened it up? It was the letter from the nurse, about the head injury I had gotten a month after I got that letter. I have no idea how it happened, and it still freaks me out to this day.

A couple of my glitches, I've been seeing bugs in the corners of my eyes for decades. I'll see something move out of the corner of my eye sight, or I'll have a knee jerk reaction to reach over and swat something that's just not there. Left over after shocks from a child hood of living in shit holes. About 15 years ago I started having very vivid EPISODIC dreams. Where ever my dream on Monday left off the dream on Tuesday picked up on. That went on for a month. It was like 4 different "shows" with each one running for a few days and then ending and a new one starting up. The "shows" I saw weren't related to anything I'd seen or watched except for the one that took place in the Rifts game world. Living in the city of Yagaur Ogi (the city of cat gods, I miss spelled it) and fighting off the vampires who were invading. The others were 100% out of no where. It's not happened since, and never happened before. My dreams before and after were normal, just for that one month my brain decided to go on vacation while I slept and put on a video for my entertainment.

Not once, but two separate occasions. I was lucid-dreaming during the very first moment of the invasion of Ukraine, and I was seeing through someone else's eyes. I was in an apartment building, on the sixth floor, eating breakfast with this person's mother, having a normal morning. We exchanged short words in a language I didn't recognize, but I could understand perfectly. I could read the words on the objects around me even though I had no idea how to spell this language. Something compelled me to look out the window next to the small dining table I sat at. In an instant, the flash, heat, and deafening boom of an explosion from a missile that hit the building right across the street knocked me out of my seat, blowing out the window I was just sitting next to. I woke up and checked the news - Russia launched its invasion into Ukraine just minutes prior. A few months later, I lucid-dreamed again. This time, I was walking around a town plaza, mountains off in the distance about 40 miles. I was again seeing through someone else's eyes. Same feeling of unrecognizable surroundings but perfectly comprehending them, perhaps because the person whom I was seeing through was a native of this place. I wore a backpack with the standard items of a day trip to the city. The ground started to tremble, then shake, then violently heave as people started to panic and run from their positions next to buildings. Windows shattered, bricks and clay shingles broke off of structures, buildings crumbled, the paveways cracked apart. An earsplitting sound cut through all of this pandemonium, a sound I can only describe as tens or even hundreds of large industrial garbage bins continuously tumbling down a mountain, all around me and I clutched my ears. This went on for all of two or three minutes. I awoke right as the sound stopped. I checked my phone for the news once more: Turkey was struck by its second earthquake moments ago. I have no idea why I saw these. They stick out in my mind the most, but they are not the first ones I've had.

Once my friends and i were playing in the woods in my neighborhood and one of my friends decided to go just past the fence that separated our neighborhood from the water reservoir behind it. She’d been gone for a bit so my other friend and i were about to go look for her when she came sprinting out of the woods looking ready to kill someone. Apparently shed heard us screaming like our limbs were being cut off or something so she came as fast as she could but found us standing there just fine. That forest actually had a couple more creepy things happen when we where around it but thats the most memorable.

I've got one that story 9 reminded me of, I've had the same house phone number my entire life, my grandfather died abruptly of a heart attack when I was 15, he used to be the voice on our voice-mail, my grandmother changed it soon after he died, this was 9 years ago. I've had dreams that I was running from someone or something, and ever since I moved somewhere I've just been seeing some weird ass shit. I saw a hand come out of someone's door. Anyways, on the way to the bathroom, she sees a lump on the stairs. She reaches out to touch it and the lump lashed out and bites her. Turns out it was a rat. She woke up from her nightmare and went to the bathroom for real. And in real life, she sees the lump again, and says to herself, "Not this time motherflipper", and keeps walking

I have many vivid stories, and they all make me wonder if i'm actually going insane, but this one kind of stood out to me. I was in class once and our teacher made us write about the last dream we had in vivid detail. The previous night I dreamt I had taken my cat out for a walk, and in the dream my cat ran away and ran under a bush. I wrote about the dream for the assignment and fast forward a few months later the exact same thing happened in real life. I ran to the bush and there my cat was. You'd think oh maybe deja Vu? But this was not Deja Vu. It's the fact that I literally had to write down the dream and it somehow reoccurs in real life a few months later.

I went downstairs at 11 pm to get a glass of water and check if the house is locked up, I walk out onto the front porch and lock the exterior door , I go back to the kitchen and close the interior door behind me. As I am drinking my water I thought about summoning demons or ghosts for some reason. Then I hear two sharp clear knocks on the interior door, I sprinted all the way up to my room and slammed the door. I swear I know what I heard, I was so sure there was something in the house that I woke up my family and told them to help me search the house, they told me I must have been half asleep, to this day no one believes me.

This happened when I was... 6, 7 years old? I love climbing my house's shelfs because they're stuck to the wall and can't fall off. Well one day I decided to climb to my parents shelf to watch TV from there. So I went and started climbing, step one, step two, and I knew I fucked up when my hands didn't touch the top of step three, and I started falling. I closed my eyes unconsciously, waiting for a bone to break or get a concussion. But suddenly, while I was in the air, Time, Slowed, Down, I repeat, FUCKING. TIME. SLOWED. DOWN. And when I felt that time slowed down I did a FUCKING BACKFLIP CARTOON SYTLE and landed on my FUCKING FEET, NO BONES BROKEN. My parents were not there, so they did not see me do such a great trick. And while that was cool, I kept it to myself and I did not tell it to my parents till one or two years had passed. Like one of the stories in this .. I vividly remember a dream that continues even if I wake up and sleep again . I was in the world of a animated movie called big hero six, I was seven and I just finished watching it ,in the night when I was sleeping I was the main character and me and the big robot were flying through the city when one of the engines broke and we fell down . The big robot fell in a lake with a construction site as it's surroundings I cried for help (I was alive ) and the girl who throws paint balls out of her purse came we tried to help him but it didn't work and we stared until I woke up . The next time I slept I was making a clone of the robot in my mom's garage . MY GARAGE not in the movie . Then a weird looking big robot came and I saw a glimpse of myself running through my house . A few years later I'm working at this construction site and there is this big lake and a person falls of a building in the lake in the exact same spot and the position (back in the water and most of the body floating ) then his wife and kid comes crying and it was the same as I saw in the dream except there were people because you know . My face was white , sweating I was to get out of there but it felt like I was paralyzed .

I used to love Freddy Krueger and watched the tv show Freddy's Nightmares in the late 80s. Each week was a completely different horror story hosted by Freddy himself. I had seen a really great episode a few weeks before that involved twin sisters, and I told the story to our dinner guests one evening, mentioning that the show would air at 8 if they'd like to watch. All agreed, we finished dinner and moved to the lounge. The tv came on and there was Frightful Freddy introducing tonight's nightmare...about twin sisters. First there was silence, then nervous laughter...it had only been a few weeks and this could not be a rerun, I thought, but there it was, the same episode again. No worries, I said, you already know how this one ends, but there's a local station that also airs the show on the same night and at the same time, but is a week behind. I'll change the channel and we can see a different nightmare. I switch over and, damn, it's the *same episode with the twins!* Okay, that's...well, weird, but not completely impossible I guess...Whoever is doing the scheduling at one of those channels must getting sloppy, right? ...except my husband flipped through the local tv guide to find that each channel had listed a completely different nightmare, but somehow both aired the very episode I had described instead. Methinks some employee of the Matrix was asleep at the wheel...or tv...I dunno. Or an algorithm stuttered.

My sister and brother were playing with ouija board. I went to watch and our dog came with us. We were in the upstairs of our house. Suddenly the dog went nuts, were staring to the doorway to the next room, started growling with teeth showing, all the hair on his back were standing up and then he started aggressively barking and making a bit like attack moves towards the doorway. Was on a fun blunt ride with my friends years ago in upstate ny could be attributed to being alittle baked but really not out of it over a decade ago. We were in this area pretty middle of nowhere about 45 minutes from cooperstown just driving around and we got stuck at this cross roads. I never got out which I think I would have done now. Now matter what direction I went or took I kept coming back to that cross road. Sometimes from a different direction sometimes not it was creepy and took awhile to break away from it. Could be nothing but I couldn’t figure out how we kept coming back nothing about it made sense to us.

About 30 years ago two friends in our group of friends returned to the apt where we hung around alot, and they were very upset and earnest. This was in Orlando. They said they were on the east side of orlando when one of those daily mid afternoon summer rainstorms occured. The rain was so hard they could not see where they were going and came basically to a stop. When they were able to navigate again they were in west Orlando about 10 miles away from the start, near Goldenrod. Cant confirm it personally, but I never saw them act like that and it had no profit. No point in creating a fiction. They were really spooled up and upset and our mockery only made the situation worse.

I tried taking different roads, I tried taking lefts, rights and going straight, I honestly feel like my memory is kind of fuzzy on this event considering how freaked out we were in the car. The sun light flickering. I've seen it happen more than once so maybe it's some type of phenomenon where I live, but the one time it was the worst, it scared me to my core. It was broad daylight but all the light went dim without a cloud or obstruction in the sky. It's like when the lights inside flicker only it was the sun... OMG FINALLY SOMEONE ADRESSING THIS!!! a few years ago I was living in China and went to an international highschool there.. the vibes were always off in that country but it started getting weirder when i noticed a CRAZY light change as I sat in the class room - my friend next to me noticed too and we reacted at the same time! The last one: I also live in Finland, and usually go to my grandma's "mökki" (like a cottage or something) in the summer. It is in the middle of Finland in Savolax i think. Well we've got 2 houses there, the main one and the one for the guests where they sleep. So one night me and my dad where still up reading and my sister was asleep, my dad stopped reading and a bit later me too. So, when I was trying to sleep staring up in the ceiling, i started hearing some noises. They were slowly fading in and soon I could hear them better. It was chain-noises coming every 2 seconds or so. They were getting louder and closer too and I was scared that it was a murderer or something (it wasn't). I sat up in my bed, asked my dad if he hears the sound. He didn't. Now the sounds were fading away. He said that my mind could've hallucinated or i was in a dream or something. I've never hallucinated before and i was not in a dream, how could I else ask my dad? Well now the sounds were almost gone. I laid down again in my bed, and guess what, yes the sound was slowly fading in again. Now it felt like the sound was walking around our house. I was tired of this now and just got out of bed went outside in the middle of the night and looked around. Nothing. I looked to the neighbors, nothing, i looked to the main house where my grandma slept, nothing. I went back to my bed and tried to sleep. I could still hear the chain sounds coming from somewhere near our neighbors, and i could hear it "walking" up the road. Now it was completely gone. If someone can tell me what just happened, tell me please.

I think many of these glitches are where we consciously can tell that something occurred significant within the matrix that ends up changing the past (Mandela Effect) that gives us many of these feelings. Most of my personal deja vu’s are from having a dream and then days, to months, and even to years later the exact sequences occurred that happened in the dreams with the same people at the same place and the exact same words being spoken. It even occurred with me losing my virginity when I was 14 and the following day getting severe hypothermia with everyone else shooting fireworks off having fun and me sitting by next to a raging fire that nobody else was within 12 feet of because of how hot it was. I’ve had dreams like that so many times in life and it’s a trip when you realize it is just as the dream occurred but I’ve slightly changed the results but other unforeseen complications came up that made it so not much actually ended up changing most of the time.

The last story sounds like it was actually military construction and they could hear the muffled noise from the underground base/testing center/complex that hadn’t been finished. It is a very common thing for military’s to make testing sites within parks and other types of facilities for doing “classified” work/testing. It wouldn’t surprise me that when the friends got within certain areas they stopped the work near the friends which is why they didn’t hear the noise while the guy at the camp had an access point to where the work was still being performed underground. On most of the black military sites they do the work in the cover of darkness or by making other ways to avoid detection from locals, investigators, foreign governments/intelligence agencies, and especially hostile foreign governments/intelligence agencies.

@@sexygirlmax2019 yeah I think the Mandela effect is when someone used a type of time travel that changed previous events and those who are heavily plugged into the matrix will believe in the newer story/changed history and those that remember the original facts are those that have partially or completely unplugged from the matrix. With how they’re trying to advance technology time travel would be the logical jump but if they aren’t talking about it in the different studies of the sciences that is probably because the device already exists.

That's actually a relatively common dream. It can happen with almost any language, but lots of people report dreaming that they've fluently spoken another language. Some who went on to take lessons for that language have also reported that they recalled the dream being accurate to what they were learning, but that could also just be a false memory given how difficult it is to accurately retain the details of a dream (let alone words in a language you don't know).

It probably wasn't even consistent gibberish or sounded anything like Chinese, but it's a dream, he thought it was Chinese so to him it was. I have literally had subtitles in dreams before. They were nonsense, because your brain can't render actual text in a dream, but since it was my brain making the dream, I knew what it said.

I have 2 things to say, 1: The ghost radar in story #6 is a real homie. 2: I have had a glitch in the matrix 2-3 times. They were in 6th grade, and I would see like a boy in my class throw like a ball or something to another boy, but the ball would almost go to their grasp, but then it would retract back as if it was in reverse to the other boy, but before the first boy could touch it again, it went back to the boy he was throwing it to. I have also had dreams that would occur on the same date every year. On July 8th I would have this reoccurring dream where me, a couple friends from elementary school, and Rugrats characters (for some reason) were walking through a forest into some random cabin. The cabin was more of one big room, but there was a side bathroom and a side bedroom. And at the start, Chucky, the kid from Rugrats, had a teddy bear with a red cape (I have no clue why) and it would have water on it, so he would just throw it out into the grass for some reason, and I was just standing in the kitchen area and I remember I had a baby pink T-shirt with silver stars on it, and a red cape. I suddenly would be pulled back by something tugging on my cape. I had to look back to stop being tugged. And I would see the bear, but it was in the door way and it was human size and it was playing a banjo???? And I had to watch it, or else, when I turned around I would be tugged again and again. At the end of the dream, I remember two of the main friends I remember from the dream would try to come help me, but the dream would end. For me, it’s not really the fact that it is really strange, because dreams are strange and I was between the ages of 5-8. It’s more the fact that this dream happened more than once, on the same date every year, for 3 years straight.

Not exactly creepy but confusing as hell for my family and I. I went out to meet my bf and took the public transport which requires a card that you'd tap to pay for the bus fare. Arrived at our meeting place earlier than planned; So I decided to grab starbucks coffee for myself and his and paid in cash. Fast forward to nightime when he's about to drive me home I realized I misplaced my wallet; I had to visit a police station as my ID card was in it, call the bank to cancel my credit cards. But lastly when I phoned my family about the news, they were confused as they thought I had left my wallet on top of the shoe cabinet. If so, how'd I pay for the bus fare and coffee? My cards and cash were all STILL in my wallet.

This is still happening to me and it REALLY catches me off guard every time. Every once in a while I get a weird flash of colors in my head or a silhouette of some kind, and a few days later I see the world around me matching the colors or someone/something matches the silhouette I saw. One time I remember one of those color patterns matching something I saw YEARS later. It still happens and it freaks me out every sing time.
