What is the difference between inner dance and kap, kundalini activation process, my experience

Please keep in mind I am on my own process and my own journey , this is merely documentation of it …

I only know what I know and I don’t know what I don’t know
Through my path everything is revealed more and more to me

What i have heard is kap created by the person who learnd from inner dance founder pi. Then he renamed as kap and start teaching for 7k :)

tellement intéressant!! J'ai été faire une séance de kap dernièrement et depuis , je me couche sur ma table de massage , mets de la musique et acceuille les mouvements de mon corps.. donc , c'est en réalité du innerdance. Merci pour ce partage!
