What is the difference between Value and NumberValue function

In Office 2016, Microsoft introduced Numbervalue() function in MS Excel. This function is similar to value function, which can be used to convert a text that looks like a number into a number. However, it can handle variety of number conventions. In this video, I explain how to use the same.
