I'm on Medicare and Medicaid. Do I qualify for the Flex card?? I've got AETNA DUAL COMPLETE. A FLEX CARD OR ANY OTHER BENEFITS I COULD RECEIVE WOULD BE A TREMENDOUS HELP AS I DONT MAKE VERY MUCH SS AT ALL!

Your agent who enrolled you should be able to explain your benefits on that specific plan. If you are not happy with what you have now, or want more benefits, then we can see if there is a better plan for you that includes flex card or similar benefits. Give us a call at 800-783-5901.

If your Plan doesn't include a Flex card benefit then the only way you could get the benefit is to change your Plan. Other plans in your area may have the Flex card benefit. In the video I talk about how it may or may not make sense for you to change your plan.

Your agent should have reviewed the coverage with you before you signed up. Call the number on your card and they will explain the benefits to you. Every plan is different depending on where you live.
