The Boom Sniper was insane when used by a whole squad, it wasn't 10+75, it was 10+75 x 4 all the time. Even just 2 people out of 4 having it, the pressure you could apply with that thing was insane for Squads play, you destroy all their builds and if one gets through that's 75 free damage potentially up to all 4 players at once if they are cluttered in a box. Not to mention Solo you could stick one on a weak wall, ready your other weapon before it explodes, it was OK for that too. No way it's so low on the list.
