TM by itself is an incomplete practice for most people. Access the video "Maharishi Mahesh Yogi visits Anandamayi-Ma", and then listen to "Mahamritunjaya mantra - Sacred Sound Choir" for 5 min per day. This mantra is from Rig Veda (7:59:12), authored by Vasistha. Shown in the video is a pic of Anandamayi-Ma. Also, listen to "Om Namah Shivaya - Shivananda Adi" for 5 min per day. This program will fast track your evolution.

Because lord Krishna taught them Meditation the practical aspect of pure consciousness and appointed leaving master to continue his job,while in our western world we were taught of the Oral moral teachings in book or Bible without a leaving master like christ to guide us. This is our downfall, As i speak Christians believe that nobody on earth can be like christ,or attain Christ consciousness
