Hey Greggo, Australian Computer Traders at the Gabba have great deals on pree used gov laptops, I dont work for them but my whole family has laptops from there. You can get a decent one for around $300-$400. Mad paying K's for a laptop I recon. You can even order and get it delivered for free.

I haven't had Maccas in about 7 years. When did it become so expensive? I remember when it was a quick and cheap meal on the go, not bloody almost $20 for some nuggets, chips, drink, and a low quality, I presume being Maccas, Korean desert. dont panic over the pc last year i lost a whole cupa soup over my laptop i left it in a large amount of uncooked rice and let it soak up for 2 days then i put my air dryer on it for about 30 mins and it worked just fine im still using it today that was 3 years ago oh i forgot to say i tipped my laptop upside down while it was in the rice

Next time, have the laptop elevated and use a wireless keyboard and mouse when drinking. But,Unscrew the base, remove the battery and you may have a chance of saving it.
