I feel like it didn't answer the question. I don't understand why we were put on Earth, to worship God. Why couldn't we just go straight to heaven then , if thats the end goal, to worship him for eternity. What was the POINT of putting people on this messed up Earth, to have ALL the problems that we have? What is the point of living on Earth?

The meaning of life is to Love God and Love thy neighbor as thyself -- basically "Love God, Love People." Ecclesiastes 12:13 NIV "Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind." And what are the greatest commandments? Matthew 22: 36-40 NIV “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

We all have. But most people don’t reflect on their life enough to realize it. And let me say, that sadness doesn’t get any easier as you age - at least for me it hasn’t. I “think” I must be looking at the Gospel wrongly (incompletely) because I should recognize the wonderfulness of what Jesus has done.

What about purpose? What do you do when you feel like your life has no purpose? When I became a Christian 18 years ago I thought, wow now my life has meaning and I finally have a purpose. But it doesn't. You try to love people and be good to them, they just despise you for it. You just wanna love and serve God with all your heart and they turn against you because you don't worship a certain political candidate, or you don't read from the right bible translation, or you celebrate Christmas, or you don't have church on the right day...and then they tell you you are not really a Christian, and then they turn many others against you as well. You pray for years and years and shed many tears for your lost loved ones to be saved, and after 18 years all the weeping and laboring you have done in prayer, and the witness you bore is all in vain. You are despised by everybody. You have no church to call home, no friends, no family, everybody has turned their back on you and despises you. Even your prayers it seems, which was all you felt you had left to give of yourself, it seems are even despised and rejected, and for years it all seems that everything you offered, everything that you sacrificed, was all done in vain. It seems as though that even God himself has come to despise you, and won't hear your prayers, your petitions, or your cries. And suddenly just like before you came to Jesus, you don't matter, your life doesn't matter, your labors don't matter, nothing matters. I accomplished nothing. No meaning, no purpose. Everything is meaningless.

JESUS/ the Bible clearly warns us we will be hated, we will be persecuted, you arent alone in that. I get tortured literally eevryday, agressive persecutors, false accusations daily, but i know none of this is Gods doing. Theres a system set up/demons to literally "try" and control/influence you, you need to take controll of your mind, and stand on the rock as best as you can. Your in my prayers dont give up....

My dear sister in Christ from reading your post I can feel you. You are a devoted believer and honest in your speech, I experience a similar thing like you. And I want to share my experience here with you, and I pray to God it will be of help to you and others too. It will be too long to share all, but I will break it down for you. First don’t feel meaningless and with no purpose. That feeling absolutely is not coming from God and it is coming for Satan. It’s one of its tricks it uses and true believers of God, It wants us to lose our faith and blame God. By keeping us far away from God, it wants to devour our heart, mind and soul and in the end pull us into hell with it. If we are not aware of that invisible ninja Satan, that causes us to feel like we don’t have any purpose after serving the Lord for so many years. Don’t be discouraged, my beloved sister in Christ. I will share how I overcame that ulgly conniving old serpent Satan by putting it to shame and giving God all the glory and praises. After many years following the Lord, my first big disappointment was that my local Church pastor that everyone looked up to that was supposed to be leading us on the right path closer to God. He fell into Satan’s trap and got my travel agency wife pregnant. This transgression shocked the whole town and I didn’t like the way the religious community dealt with the matter. To make a long story short, after a while I start to feel a bit like what you have just described, emptiness, meaningless without purpose. I was really hurt in my heart, and not many family and friends seemed to care about the grievous sins that he had committed. Then Covid-19 happened and the Church was closed down. So I start to pray to God seriously and ask God to protect my heart, mind and soul, and to please give me wisdom and revelation to understand His words and to surround me with positive and true people who are after God’s heart. After a few months one of my friends introduced me to an online Christian friend and she shared some spiritual words with me telling me that when I am feeling empty and meaningless it is because behind the scenes Satan is tempting us, pulling us far away from God, and she shared this passage with me. *“We have within us the resurrected life of Christ. Undeniably, we lack faith in the presence of God: Would that God would put true faith within us. Sweet indeed is the word of God! God’s word is potent medicine! It puts to shame the devils and Satan! Grasping God’s word gives us support. His word acts fast to save our hearts! It dispels all things and sets all at peace. Faith is like a single log bridge: Those who cling abjectly to life will have difficulty in crossing it, but those who are ready to sacrifice themselves can pass over, sure of foot and worry-free. If man harbors timid and fearful thoughts, it is because Satan has fooled them, afraid that we will cross the bridge of faith to enter into God. Satan is trying in every way possible to send us its thoughts. We should at every moment pray for God to illuminate us with His light, at every moment rely on God to purge Satan’s poison from within us, practice within our spirit at every moment how to come close to God, and let God have dominion over our whole being.“* When I first read these words I felt a light in my heart and could really see through Satan’s tricks and start to learn to get closer to God in spirit and in truth. She shares many more spiritual words with me and my emptiness starts to dictate and I learn how to truly get close to God and to know God. I will stop here. Amen. I hope this can help a sister in Christ to find your meaning and purpose, and to assure you I was in your same state and God arranged a total stranger to assist and guide me positively. Your 18 years are not in vain my sister in Christ. Let's all encourage one another and stay positive in our faith. All the praise and glory be to you Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

so if the disconnect happened with God because of the Sin Adam and Eve did with the apple, what prevents us when we come full circle and restore ourself when we are back to God that we Sin again? It legit seems that only one sin was enough during Adan and Eve to curse the entire Earth and its inhabitants, so what prevents Sin to arise again at a certain point? In fact, why did it happen in the first place if God is omniscient/ omnipotent and omnipresent? Shouldn't he have known about the serpent in the garden? Shouldn't he have known that his naive creation were getting tempted by an intruder that were making them to Sin? Also, where do the Dinosaurs fit in during this narrative? Before or after Adam and Eve?

True! Our whole life is a test or trial rather. If we make good grades on our life's report cards, when it's time for graduation we make it on honor roll and receive our heavenly gift of eternal life.
