Huh that's cool, I didn't know you were a speedrunner or that you did high score challenges for this game, I need to check them out. I didn't see that hunter boss here, was he an optional boss or maybe he was really easy and you didn't mention him? Great work on this, I'm surprised you have to use the helicopter move so many times in this game. It was nice seeing Rayman 3 again, especially the extra rooms you don't see from speedrunners. Loved the rayman series. I've found a bug thats worth mentioning in this game. If you're trying the 'minimum teensy challange' take this into consideration. Your health bar presets itself whenever you go into the 'the summer behind the clouds' you can manage to lock yourself out of the final level by obtaining the least amount of teensys to that point, then revisiting all those levels again to free the other teensys. Give this a try I was laughing when I found this out

Nice video. You can skip the hover at lotld1 by stacking the three turtles in the room near the Platform with the plum, jumping on them to jump from there to the egde. Rayman should be able to hold on and you should get the plum that way.

For the first one the turtles from the firstroom help and for the second one you can solve it with extremely precise jumps. I will upload the concept of the skipps on KZbin as soon as possible.

Nice surprise to see some Rayman 3 content in my recommandations, good job with the challenge :) There's 5 additionnal hovers I found you could have skipped (sticking to glitchless rules) : At 3:46 you can jump from the piggybank at the very back of the river and barely reach the last ring. At 7:05 11:29 13:57 14:41 you can look back at the ring after jumping from it and punch and jump from it again with precise timing to get additionnal jumps.

If you be up to it I got a challenge you could attempt. (Is it possible to beat Rayman 3 without walking and running?) In this challenge you can't walk or run. But you can move while airborne. So this means you can move while jumping, falling, gliding, flying, using grappling hooks, or any level that forces you to use a specific transport like the board and the shoe levels - Can't walk - Can't run + Can move while airborne jumping, falling, gliding, flying, grapping hooks + forced transport is allowed

Considering that you have a "canon" of rayman being a normal guy in this playthrough. I feel like you could have made an exception with the helicopter detergent if you absolutely needed it. I know that it's a no helicopter run bit with that little storyline you could bump the number down a little bit

12:14 I found another way, you don't need to kill the defender at all. Just stay in the "out of range" distance from the metal enemy and attack. Even though you won't have the red target arrow shown on the screen, the metal guy will still be punched. Punch him till he falls down. Imo it's a faster method than the one shown in the video.
