They did come to the conclusion that if Yoda's chair had secret compartments for ketamine, the younglings would sniff it out due to their heightened sense of smell caused by their connection to the force and find his ketamine stash and throw it away, because it is haram to use ketamine. Fearing that Yoda in a fit of rage would climb in to his 2007 Honda Civic and drive through a pack of younglings. the High Council agreed that Yoda's chair should NOT have a secret compartment to avoid such incident.

I think that Agen Kolar who was in the Council during the events of Order 66 had the best seat out of all the jedi masters. Even though Depa Billaba had a similar seat, her physique was not fitting for such a chair, and I feel like her backrest was too tall to be fully utilised by a jedi such as herself. I feel like she would have been better suited to an armchair with similar backrest to Mace Windu's and Ki Adi Mundi's respective seats. Agen Kolar fitted his seat with style and his seat was relatively low to the ground, allowing maximum usage of the floor to stretch his legs, something that Council Members with high chairs such as armchairs simply wouldn't be able to do.

Additionally, I too am of the opinion that Yarel Poof's backrest of his chair was criminally cut short, causing discomfort for his long neck which would grow tired through tense council meetings during the High republic Era, which is when he rose to the rank of council member. I believe he should have been granted an enhanced seat to accommodate his species type allowing a curved seat almost like a C but tilted slightly upwards, allowing Yarel to not have to look down on his fellow Council members which would strain his eyes, and cause discomfort.
