This video is quite useful at the moment as I have been reflecting on the six sense organs and interactions the six sense objects - that lead to the six sense perceptions and the formation and attachment to the aggregates. My daily mantra the past few days have been: “Observe but don’t attach. Observe but don’t linger.” This video has been a useful nudge into a bright direction. Thank you! 🙏

The mind is like water; when still, it reflects clarity, but when disturbed, it obscures the truth.

Very good, just keep out these foreig words. Dhamma has NOTHING to do with learning a new language. The Buddha would've, 100÷, agreed with me on that, Im sure.

Do these teachings call for the disassociation from all things? If not, what is are sociable inclusions? Food and drink are necessary for life and energy forces. Can I gaze at and ponder a flower, a house, a person?

It's not to get attached. Just savour the moment, be at the present. Observe your mind. Then move on. Don't linger.

The pure nature of our true self-nature is called natural. " Natural " is true self-nature. The "naturalness of chanting the way" is chanting the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha is chanting our true self-nature. Pure Land unceasingly chant Amitabha Buddha is chanting our true self nature. True self-nature is given many different names : Eg. Buddha Nature, Dharma Nature, True Nature, Dharma Body, Dharma Realm, Truth etc.. all are names of our self-nature. Therefore chanting the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha is chanting the true self-nature of all dharmas and is chanting oneself. Therefore, with firm faith and sincere wishes, sincerely chant the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha, we will resolve the issue of life and death in this lifetime, we should not wait for the next life. The characteristics of our true self-nature the sutra says: True Nature has no form and No non-form. Another word for it : all forms are an illusion, nothing is real. Unchanging and indestructible is real true self-nature. True self-nature nature has no duality and there is no non-duality. 🙏🙏🙏 Amitabha Buddha

Life is overall negative. People who said it was good they have many attachments, and only purpose is to be free. Because body and mind and soul is a prison. They said take care of those 3, but in reality, they're cursed to this suffering. They are combination to make this suffering existence
