Swear to Christ the majority of retail employees don't understand the concept that closed means no one is no longer allowed in, but you are open until the minute you say you're closed: Whoever came up with this concept that you are out and done by the time you're expected to close have no concept of or literal understanding of the word closed. I remember working retail that you give people 5 or 10min after close to wrap shit up, if close is at 10pm I expect to be out at best 1030 but plan for 11pm. Fucking hate most retail now days. As a former chipotle employee, this was my specialty. The trick i used was to put 3 tortillas in a triangle and fold it into the middle, you can easily fit this much food in that configuration. The biggest i did weighed over 5 pounds, and as as i recall it only cost the price of a regular burrito because he just got a ton of rice and beans added lol. Good memories, it was always very fun to do for customers :))

Fairly certain this burrito if rung up correctly would cost around $50 lol. The Guac alone, would be large portions at $6 a plop. chicken burrito comes with 1 normal portion of chicken, and 1 portion of eveything else the customer wants. It alone is 10.99. add the $2 for extra sides (theres 7 of them) $14. 12 for the guac. 3 heaping portions of chicken (probably 5-6 actual portions - $5 per portion give or take) Add all of this together, and you get a grand total of 61.99 as an estimate. I've never actually set foot in a chipotle, so these are all from online sources for pricing.

The pricing makes sense but also doesn’t. My guess is they only charged him for one burrito, and chipotle pricing is structured like this: one flat price for the item, added costs based on protein, added costs for guacamole, added costs for queso, and tax. Toppings like rice, beans, cheese, salsa, etc. are all included with the base price. The part that doesn’t make sense is that he only got charged for one burrito while using the amount of product it would probably take to make two, but whoever made the final decision in his price simply chose to just charge for one burrito with double protein and extra guacamole and queso

Last time I went to Chipotle I ordered a normal sized burrito and the guy could not get the thing to wrap. He called to his manager for help and she could not wrap the burrito either! She went on to ask for assistance from another co-worker; although, despite all their combined efforts they failed the mission as a team. After three failed attempts and my burrito looking like a mess during the bubonic plague the Chipotle team decided to put my burrito into a dish for me so I can use a fork to poke and tear at it like a rabid animal. For the record my burrito was just chicken, black beans, rice, cheese, and some hot sauce. (Plus the 5 extra tortillas they tried surgically adding to this poor burrito)

My favorite thing to do at Chipotle, is to get both Rices, Steak, and Chicken Double (or double whatever you’d like), as well as heavy fixings of whatever else you want, with a tortilla on the side, sour cream and vinaigrette on the side as well. You put a little under a third of your bowl in the tortilla and you have a burrito, then you can eat the burrito and the bowl, or save one and eat the other. if you combine the vinaigrette with the sour cream it makes a wonderful dipping sauce. if you want to, you can also bring a bag of your favorite chips and put it in the lid of the bowl with about a third of the toppings on top. you can literally geg up to three whole meals for like 18 bucks.

There is a place in Salisbury NC called Go Burrito and all their burritos are about that big and range in price from 10-15 bucks depending on what you put on it. It’s amazing, and they have homemade salsas to put on top that are awesome and you get free chips.
