You got me almost in tears when you said that Meryem is a sister of Haroon and Musa, because I'm trying to tell this to the people for years, and all I get is blank eyes from them. I knew that Pakistan had great people about 100 yrs ago who rejected all but the Qur'an as their guidance, but I wasn't aware that there're more great people from there.

Hijab is a psychological & physical barrier to be established by men & women both. I used to believe hijab is only for women, but not any more. When we stop listening & believing the words of people & established hijab / a barrier from it then Allah sends his spirit / essence of ayats / messenger so we can understand his words for our guidance. This is narrated in Quran through the example of Maryam pbuh.

Hijab / Veil is mentioned with Allah and Maryam pbuh in the Book of Allah. Maryam pbuh is a great example when she took Hijab from people apart from her family members, Allah sent His spirit/ essence of ayates to her. From this lecture it is clear that Hijab is not a head covering as known in the society but to take a barrier, veil from the concepts prevailing in the world. The Book of Allah/AL-Quran/ The reading is the text book for our Guidance. Whenever any person talks or speaks about Allah or His prophets, and does not quote an Ayah from the Quran, than we have to establish a Hijab/viel from that talk, meaning we may listen to it but not make it the part of our belief, until and unless we verify it from the Quran. Because Al-Quran is the Furqan/Criterion to judge which differentiates between right and wrong. That is Psychological Hijab mentioned in the Quran for both Men and Women. I made it very clear to my self when I came to know about this Hijab. Before this I only knew that Hijab was only for women as in a black gown. In Al-Kitab, the word Hijab/Barrier/Veil has come with Allah and Maryam/Mary pbuh only, and does not limit to physical coverings of women but emphasises on psychological Hijab/Veil for both men & women. The main reason the Quran emphasis greatly on psychological Hijab/Barrier/Veil is because generally all knowledge/information is acquired by listening to others and/or from other books without verification from Al-Kitab. Until unless mankind take this psychological Hijab/Barrier/Veil of not listening to others as mentioned in Quran for Maryam/Mary pbuh, Allah’s words will not be understood by mankind and He will not communicate with them as He did with her. I practice Hijab/Veil as mentioned for Maryam pbuh in the ayats from what people are saying and have amended my beliefs as per the ayats of Al-Quran after verifying and receiving His Rooh/Understanding. The meaning of hijab is generally understood as a covering or veil. It is commonly thought to be associated with women, but clarification from Allah's ayats explains that hijab/veil is for both men and women. The Quran has given importance not only to physical hijab but also to psychological hijab. If we have observed hijab correctly, have believe in Allah's ayats and have avoided listening to people's opinions regarding religion, then the spirit of Allah's ayats will help us understand His essence, which will guide us. If we have not stopped ourselves from listening to people's opinions, then Allah will not speak to us. The purpose of our hijab is so that Allah speaks to us. Correct yourselves with this message, have believe in it, and follow it. This is the psychological hijab that all women and men must observe, while everyone observes physical hijab according to Allah's orders.

The example of the hijab followed by Hazrat Maryam PBUH is the best way to understand psychological hijab. This example of hijab is distinct from all other words and information, other than those of Allah. When she followed this hijab, Allah sent His Spirit-the essence of His words and their understanding-to Mary/Maryam PBUH. If we seek guidance, then we must follow the same hijab, distancing ourselves from all that is other than Allah, and seek guidance only from the Book of Allah, the Quran. Psychological Hijab/Screen/Barrier is between people's word against Allah's words. If someone speaks about religion without bringing ayats forward then listen to it but do not make it your belief till verified by The Qur'an as guidance is in it. Screen/Barrier is mentioned for both Men & Women & is essential to understand the message. Allah speaks to human from behind a Hijab/Screen/Barrier. This Screen/Barrier is physical as well as psychological. Not believing what people say about religion unless confirmed from The Qur'an is the psychological. On the contrary, people listen to other people in regards to religion & Screen/Barrier themselves from the ayats as they don't check it up through The Qur'an.
