Brother your videos are highly appreciated, they are a tremendous contribution. I love your videos because you only show what the Qur'an says and you leave your opinions at the door. Thank you. To hear that you're just 'scratching the surface' is mind boggling. Keep making videos, I will always watch, I am reading the Qur'an myself as well to understand it and I have achieved a sense of freedom and excitement to meet Allah. Before I would be wondering like everyone else: "I'll just keep praying and stuff and hope Allah accepts me". Now I can see that the straight path is in the Qur'an and it makes logical sense that if I just follow the Qur'an, I can have a better sense of security when meeting Allah, and I do have a better sense of security. I'm trying to reveal the Qur'an to my family bit by bit without overwhelming them, it's hard work. One day when I feel confident enough, I'll deliver Allah's message to them exactly from the Qur'an. Inshallah. Thank you. Keep going 💪

@@seeki3315 you DO realise that putting the article 'Al' before a noun in Arabic makes it a definite article? Ilah as god with a small g for example, and Al-lah meaning 'The God' referring to someone specific? What do you mean 'which one is your Al lah'? Your question doesn't make sense.

Dear brother, Quran 2:106 is not talking about abrogation of signs in the nature or miracles. The word "nasaha" in this context means transcribe or copy and it refers to the previous scriptures. So the logical meaning is this: When we transcribe a verse (from previous scriptures) or cause it (verse from previous scriptures) to be forgotten, we bring forth better than it or similar to it. Do you not know that God gives measure to everything. That perfectly fits the context of the previous verse 2:105. By the way attribute of God Al-Kadir is not always understood correctly. Kadara means to give measure. Look at the context of verses where this attribute is used and you'll see that using this meaning makes more sense. What do you think? Love and dua from Turkey ❤️🤲🏻
@negeto2460

Thank you for your comments my brother, and may Allah bless you. At verse 2:105 it reads: ""Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture [i.e., the Jews and Christians] nor the polytheists wish that any good should be SENT DOWN (yanazzala) to you from your Lord. But Allāh selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allāh is the possessor of great bounty. "" {2:105} First of all, Allah is not specifically talking about sending down (nazzala) revelation here. In other verses of the Qur'an, Allah describes sending down (nazzala) RAIN from the sky {26:63} or sending down (nazzalna) ANGELS {6:111}. The next verse at 2:106 then reads: ""We do not abrogate a verse (nansakh min Aayatin) or cause it to be forgotten (nunsiha) except that We bring forth [one] better (bikhayrin) than it or similar to it (mithliha). Do you not know that Allāh is over all things competent?"" {2:106} The word 'AAYATIN' can refer to previous revelations for example in verse 3:113. It refers to the 'Ahlil-kitaab' reciting the Verses of Allah (Ayaatillaahi) during periods of the night. But is verse 2:106 talking about abrogating or cancelling PREVIOUS revelations? How can this be when the Qur'an CONFIRMS previous Scriptures at Verses 10:37 and 12:111?? How can you CONFIRM something and ABROGATE it both at the same time??? Even if we translated it as 'transcibe' or 'copy', why would Allah cause previous scriptures to be forgotten when they're held in such high esteem throughout the Qur'an?? For example, Allah refers to the Torah and the Injeel as beacons of 'light', 'guidance', 'reminder', 'instruction', 'criterion', etc. And why would Allah bring something better (khayrin) than the Torah and the Injeel? Is the Qur'an BETTER then previous Scriptures of Allah?? Please watch my video called "2 types of Verses & abrogation" for more information.

@@negeto2460 I got your point. But there is some rules and prohibitions given to the sons of Israel in previous scriptures, for example, which are no longer valid. Or you want to say that it's also impossible and all those ruling and probiotions were added to their scripture by themselves?

Salaam brother, I was investigating the verse from Surah 17 (Al Isra), verse 46, where it says "...rabaka fil Qurani wahdahu". I saw that in 15 translations it was translated as "Allah alone in the Qur'an" and in 1 translation only it said "Allah in the Qur'an alone". I did some investigating, apparently the word 'wahdahu' is referring to the person/subject of the verse, who is Allah. I was reading 'quran only' and I felt that they didn't hold water. I asked one of my Arab friends as well and he said grammatically it refers to Allah and just because the word 'wahdahu' is placed after the word 'qurani', doesn't mean it refers to the Qur'an. I'll be doing more investigating because my heart isn't settled, but maybe you should look into it too. I am even going to go as far as learning Arabic grammar from a course. An honest search for the truth. Salaam.

Now that we begin to understand what is the Quran... how did these people prostrate? 84:21 And when is recited to them the Quran, not they prostrate (sujud)? Do you prostrate by going down on all fours with your forehead firmly pressed to the ground facing a place they named Masjidil-Haram? Or you simply _sujud_ i.e. submit/follow/obey willingly to the commands of Allah which are only to be found in the verses of the Quran? peace.

@Shukri - AGREE that 'sujud' is not a physical act of literally 'bowing down' and one specifically associated with this ritual prayer they call SALAT. In fact, if you read Chapter 32. SAJDAH - we find the word term or reference "Salat" is not even mentioned once.. this to me is yet another evidence of what Salat is NOT.. Negeto has deleted his Meaning of Salat video, where we all left comments. I will ask him why he deleted it and has not referred to this, in this his latest video. @@missali7188 Salaam Miss Ali & brother Shukri, May Allah bless you both! Yes, i did remove my video regarding 'Salat' for the following reasons: 1 - I do not beleive I've done justice to the topic because it requires further study & research. 2 - The Salat is a very sensitive topic and stirs up so much emotions in both the Traditional and Qur'an-only Muslims. To be honest, I really hesitated to make the video in the first place because I knew that it would open up Pandora's box! My intention is NOT to cause divisions amongst my brothers in faith regardless if you're a Sunni, shia, or whatever! I am simply showing the viewers what the Qur'an ACTUALLY says. We all have our differences of understanding but I have come to the following conclusion regarding Salat: No matter what you THINK or BELEIVE the Salat to be, as long as we are ALL sticking to the GUIDELINES (Do's and Dont's) as instructed in the Qur'an. But ofcourse, we are still learning and reflecting upon the Book of Allah. I pray that Allah guides us all to the Straight Path (Siraatal Mustaqeem). Peace 🙂

@@negeto2460 Greetings and well wishes to you too and thanks for the response.. I must say though, that the way you spoke and presented your Meaning of Salat video, was not hesitant at all, in fact you were very assertive in telling people, all those people who claim there's "no details"' of "Salat" in The Quran, how wrong they were and then spoke with convincing certainty, that YOU believed, all the references to Salat in Quran therefore, somehow proved it was.. a physical act of the' ritual prayer' that you yourself, in a COMMENT there stated you will continue to do this ritual prayer as its what you've been taught? Well who taught you to do this silly thing all Muslims do 5 times a day? It certainly was not Allah or Quran.. so people that claim this are only doing one thing - following what their forefathers done.. copying everyone else and following an evident LIE.. IF since you made the video you've had second thoughts, then WHY? Sorry, but I don't buy that you feel it's caused division between people.. and I don't see how it did.. comments were directed at you, and how you didn't really explain the meaning if Salat at all in your video.. I think you read my comments and thought again and realised, if Salat is NOT mentioned at all, not once, in any if the Chapters named after times and parts of the day.. the sun, moon and even Chapter 32 SAJDAH.. which Ritual Salat Prayer believes think is their physical act of Salat, then.. maybe you're wrong? Based on what you've said above, I don't understand why you haven't started this new video with an explanation why you removed your Salat video OR your thoughts on Salat ? Did you think we wouldn't notice its gone? And just to end on something that may get your back up.. your "conclusion on Salat" in your comment above, is NOT a conclusion on Salat at all.. in fact, it doesn't even relate to Salat.. so what do you actually think and believe about this thing you do 5 times a day that's not grounded in any evidence anywhere at all? I saw your comment on Sam Gerrans video, where you stated whilst you don't agree with everything he says, you like his work etc... its my guess, the thing you DON'T agree with is his belief that Salat is NOT the physical 5 x a day ritual.. and probably, that we don't live in a rotating globe, I could be wrong.. anyway, I think you should be a bit more honest, and explain yourself, if you are going to PROMOTE Salat is a ritual prayer.. then delete the video, with no explanation..

@@missali7188 Salaam sister, May Allah bless you and your family. SubhanAllah! Wow! This is EXACTLY the reason why I removed the video on Salat because I knew that it would open up Pandora's box!! I do not beleive that I've done justice to the topic and I'm still doing my research along my life-long journey with this beautiful Scripture. I find that this topic triggers & stirs up so much emotions in both the "Traditional" and my "Qur'an-only" Muslim brothers. I did want to make some sort of an anouncement (like a message board or something) about removing the video but did not have the means. I was planning on announcing it on my latest video but didn't want to drag it because the presention went for over an hour! You said: "Well who taught you to do this silly thing all Muslims do 5 times a day?" Sister, I do not see how STANDING, BOWING, PROSTRATING, PRAISING, GLORYFYING, MAGNIFYING, EXALTING our Lord is a 'silly thing'??? This is EXACTLY what we do during our Salat and if I'm wrong, I pray that Allah guides me. Ofcourse, there's also the issue of translating the words 'Sujud' and 'Ruku' as well. For example, 'Sujud' comes from the root - 'Siin Jim Dal' which can mean the following: lowly, humble, submissive, worship, adore, PROSTRATE, make obeisance, LOWER/BEND ONESELF DOWN TOWARDS THE GROUND, LOWER THE HEAD, to salute/honour/magnify, to pay respect, to stand up, to look continuedly and tranquily. Therefore, to say that Sujud does not mean 'PROSTRATE' at all is an extreme position and contradicts the Arabic language! But ofcourse it can also mean to be 'humble' and 'submissive' as well depending on context. You said: "I saw your comment on Sam Gerrans video..." Are you stalking me?? Haha 🙂 On a serious note, I am still researching Salat my sister and pray that Allah gives us the good of this world and the next. I am 100% certain and confident with my positions with the videos I've made (Sunnah, Hadeeth, Obey Allah & His Messenger, etc) but obviously did not do a very good job with Salat so it's best that I leave it. Peace 🙂

@@negeto2460 Thanks for your response, genuinely.. I must respond to your comments, because its called communication, dialogue, discourse. Also its a 'comments' section on a video, so therefore it's natural that people have convos there.. Just so you know, I am NOT emotional about this subject at all, and certainly not 'over' emotional, so it's surprising that YOU think this, I'd actually say its you, being emotional, which is fine, nothing wrong with that.. When you make videos titled with a QUESTION.. like "What is X?" who are you asking? Your audience? Well logically it follows that they are going to provide a response.. so either you want everyone to agree with you or you don't want any comments to the contrary? You could turn your comments OFF if you think me, or anyone, questioning SALAT means 5 daily prayers is likened to a Pandoras Box of unwanted problems.. when you already said you "were hesitant" making it (despite the fact you weren't in your video) so you must have expected people commenting with FOR and AGAINST the meaning equating to the silly 5 ritual nonsensical movements people do? So why act so surprised? If you STILL believe it means this, stick to your opinion BUT admit.. there is NO evidence in The Quran, that believers must do this thing.. but if you delete your video because people disagree.. then WHY are you making videos about The Quran and its meaning? Stick to your guns or at least admit... errr, I don't know? If you don't know, then why say all of that above? You are CONFLATING your intentions for doing the 5 silly ritual prayers.. with BELIEF and submission to God.. getting on all fours, putting your head on the ground, bending up and down.. HOW logically does that mean a human is in adoration and submission to the Master of the Worlds? I know people, men and women, who do this 5 times a day and are wretched people, trust me.. so no, it literally and physically doesn't do anything to benefit a human and I can't for the life of me fathom why The God, would expect a woman, up all night with crying babies.. to jump up again, absolutely knackered at 4.35am and wash and do this silly thing, then try and go back to sleep before they wake up again.. and if you keep missing these prayers, because of your children.. then tut tut, bad Muslim! That's one of 100s of scenarios that prove, God does NOT want any difficulty for us.. I used to do it myself.. its nonsense.. and forms a much bigger picture of how a deceptive evil force is turning the life of a God Fearing human being in to strange unusual thing with nonsensical ritualist behaviours... I could go on and on.. you can't claim Salat is this thing just by thinking about the definition of a word SALAT.. one has to apply LOGIC.. Your comments about what Sujud CAN be used to mean still don't prove your point.. If I say to a person, in relation to an authority over them.. "look, don't BOW DOWN to these people.." do I mean, don't stand upright and bend up and down? no.. everyone knows it means, don't acquiesce.. don't obey these people.. finally, I don't stalk anyone, Ive been subbed to Sam Gerrans for years.. and I read all comments on Quran Alone videos..

I don't subscribe to the notion that there exist a neutral-gender in the Arabic of the Quran. In a nutshell... there are only 2 genders in the Arabic language of the Quran and that would be the _masculine_ & *faminine* and they DO NOT necessarily translate to _male_ & *female* Regarding personal pronouns there is *no* "it" but only "he" & "she" This is because words are either _"masculine"_ or *feminine* and this is NOT about _male_ or *female* If you spoke any European languages such as German, Italian, Spanish or French you would be able to grasp this concept of "masculine & feminine" words. As an example, the word _"Maedchen"_ is German for a girl... however the article is _das_ which is neutral, i.e. neither masculine or feminine. And the pronoun used for "it" is "es" in German. peace.

The ayaath of Al Quran are consists of stories of the past nations. For instance, in the end of surah yousuf the lessons, the moral of the story and the way characters or Quranic archetypes exercised the commands mentioned in Al Kitab. In short, ayaath of Al Kitab refers to mostly commands like halal and haram, whereas ayaath of Al Quran refers to those ayaath in cosmos and among humanity who exercise those commands and are presented as examples of application of LAWS given as Al Kitaab.
