Thanks bro. Have you tried opening the shell to take out the chick? It could be related to humidity only. Very high humidity on hatching days also can cause this problem.

Hello. Pl provide following information. I will try to identify the reason for improper hatching rate. 1. What was the temperature setting range? In my play list, there is a video about it. 2. Is it manual or automatic turning? If manual, how many times a days you were turning the eggs? 3. What was the humidity level from day 1-18 na 18-21? 4. Is it thermocol type incubator? How many holes you have provided on box? This is must for proper oxygen circulation & ventilation. 5. What is your incubator egg capacity & which bulb you are using, 60W or 40W? It should be close to 1W for 1 egg range. 6. Have you placed the temperature sensor probe properly? It shouldnt be on floor, it should be touching the egg shell slightly. 7. If you temperature setting is 37.5degC max, at any time is it going above 38? If so, ventilation might not be good. High temp can damage the eggs. Thanks.

@@-arivusaarvelanmai7645 * TEMP is 3.5 * hum-50 l(1-18)aftr 18 days (75 %) *i s thermocol type *100 egg capacity incubator ( i thiink so) * 2 bulb are using (40 w both) + i had placed thermostat sensor on egg shell *10 or more holes on top of the box ( ventilation) * but i used one dc fan

OK temperature might not be an issue. Two 40W bulbs for 100egg incubator is fine... Few corrections can be made. 1. Putting holes only on top side will not be good. Because hot air used to flow towards upside because of its reducing density, fresh air cannot enter from top. So you have to give some holes on sides of the box. May be 3 holes each of 1 inch Dia on 3 sides will help. 2. Use 2 DC fan on topside. Just give a small hole on top cover above 1 fan. It will bring fresh air inside. Pl verify fan direction, it should push air onto egg. 3. 50% humidity from 1 to 18 days is just fine. But better to maintain 60-65%. You can keep a bowl of water just below Fan & bulb, it will increase humidity. Hope this will resolve the issues of poor hatching. All d best for next time. Thanks
