As someone who dealt with colors for many many years (self taught artist, or somn' like that 😅) I'd say it's a mix of prussian and cerulean blue shades. But then again, y'all don't need to google and bother with all of that 😶🫣

I paint and maybe it's because not everyone's screen is the same but I was going to say it looks to be part cerulean and cornflower.
