Of all the sins I have committed, the ones I have suffered the most for are not those involving fornication, smoking, drugs, or even blatant greed, but those sins born of pride: thinking and acting as if I am above others. These have pierced me with thorns that have caused me immense pain and loss. Out of that chastisement, I have repented and grown closer to the Lord. C.S. Lewis was right when he said - sometimes a doctor will allow a patient to endure one illness in order to avoid contracting a greater one. Satan will happily exchange any vice for pride. This is why I am afflicted with some sins that keep me humble and keep Christ exactly where He needs to be - my Rock and Salvation. Believing in Christ is both the work and will of God (John 6). Praise be to the Lord God forever and ever Amen.

I am saved forever because I believe jesus blood was enouph to save me and I believe he died rose from the dead and ascended to sit with our father in heaven . I don't want to die early. I have a problem with sexual sin and porn and I want a wife I just don't know if I might be sick still. I want a wife and to end this sexual sin and do it the right way

Thanks for bringing up 2 Cor. 2. Not many teachers will include that teaching along with 1 Cor. 5. People need to understand we are to be forgiving just as we have been forgiven.

I John 1:9 is not a verse for the believer if you will see the context. The verse is pertaining to those who deny that they have sinned since birth. They are gnostics or we can describe as antichrists. You dont confess to be forgiven. You agree that you have sinned and you also agree that you are already forgiven of ALL (past, present and future) sins. Many usage of the verses in this preaching still has to be studied. The will of God is to believe you are righteous not by works, if by works then that's walking in the flesh. Sinning is what you are born with, doing righteous things are dirty rags to the Lord. The remedy of God is do believe you are righteous and He doesn't impute sin to us anymore. If we believe what God did we will understand that "not sinning" is not a requirement as the Pastor is implying, we have freedom. We will move ourselves to obedience as an initiative for God didn't require it. Reading commandments of the Apostles implies that we understood the gospel on the early chapters of Paul's epistles which Dr Yankee is preaching however there are some wrong usage of verses that brings us back to "confessing to be forgiven" etc. I hope this can still be clarified. Yes we have differences but at least we believe Salvation can't be lost which is the gospel.

Most people think having faith in Jesus Christ means to do good deeds to get in to Heaven for eternity which is works and that faith in Jesus Christ also means to obey the ten commandments which is of the law at least trying your best and those are pure heresy and those are pure dangerous heresy for the unsaved people!!!!! speacial boy - that is a wonderful question. Thank you! For eternal life salvation, I believe in faith alone. Specifically faith in the gospel as provided in 1 Cor 15:1-4 to be born again as commanded by Jesus in John 3:3,5, & 7 and at that point in time sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise as earnest of our inheritance unto the day of redemption unto the praise of His glory provided for in Eph 1:13-14. What is your Faith in for your eternal life with Jesus?

In order to enter heaven you must repent from all your sins in order to receive to blood of Christ and obey his commandments. Matt 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Acts 8:22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee. Repent from your sins, the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

How is it going? Have you repented of all your sins? If you say yes, then you’re a liar and the truth is not in you. If you say no, then how do you know you’re really saved? You see, it’s impossible to repent of all your sins to get saved because you have to have the Holy Spirit to repent anyway. This false teaching of telling people that they have to “repent of all your sins to be saved” has turned many people away from the true Gospel of Christ. The only thing a person must do to be saved is to BELIEVE on the LORD Jesus Christ and trust in him as your personal savior. That’s it. Anything added to that is works for salvation.
