Heeeeey Amy!! 💕💕💕 Oh boy, did I need this reading? I've been on a half business/half fun trip to Portugal for a week, and I am exhausted on so many levels... Considering I couldn't smoke greens like I do a few times a day, I was nervous all the time, so I was drinking wine any chance I got... aaaand, since I've been trying to quit for quite some time (a couple of years to be honest), I got in horrible moods, mad with myself, because drinking is no fun and games for me, sometimes I turn a bit aggressive.... so I lashed out on my husband few times... or I just start crying while puking and thinking about how much I hurt my body 😓 but we are good, he got used to my moodswings and little dramatic scenes I make 🤣🤣 and he understands me and helps me heal.. we've been trough so much together in 5 years, it's amazing how much a healthy relationship and mirroring with the partner can help heal... and from today we are both quitting alcohol... it's time to get serious about it... I am much much better lately so 95% of time I am fun to be around. 😇we had a lot of fun considering the crazy weather, 3-day business part with colleagues around the world, and very very heavy food... Portugese food is like everything I can't eat at once, and is heavy even for super healthy people with the strong gut... and since I am a little hypersensitive snowflake with IBS, it was a bit traumatic experience for me. I was eating potatoes and maybe some meat... I feel I lack so many nutritienst in my body... luckily for the last two days I found a gluten-free, lactose-free restaurant so I regained a bit of strength.. ...so, anyway, we came home 2 hours ago, I took care of my cat's business and cuddles, I made some nice food for me, rolled me a fatty, and turned on youtube, because I was missing my aunty Amy as much as I was missing my cat... pile 2 right on point... crazy dreams OMG, I can't even... if I continue writing this comment it will turn into a novel..
