The familiar voice actor you mentioned earlier is called Takehito Koyasu. Legendary voice actor. We usually refer to him as Dio's voice from JoJo series because I feel like it has the most impact to the anime community. And also the reason why the monsters evolve to sometimes to be more and more human looking is because Rimuru himself was a former human, if I recall it was base on his desires or wishes or something, subconsciously, the monsters tends to take the likes of a human form

In the novel rimuru (in the human body) thought he has golden eyes because veldora has golden eyes too, so i guess the one giving name has some influence on how the evolution works. In case of sokka , i think she become to look like human because she adores souei. Plus in general the more human looking the majin, the more intelligent they are.

6:46 in the novel i remember rimuru bestow his cancel pain/pain nullification to gabiru. That mean that punch penetrate gabiru cancel pain skill. After absorbing shizu, rimuru gain ability to distribute skill to his subordinate if they have compability with the skill.

Regarding the potion ... the potion Rimuru produces inside of himself ... the one he gave to the dwarves was Full Potion - 99% pure concentrated extract of the medical herb they use for it the dwarves are pretty good at potion making but can only get 98% pure extract ... this is called High Potion this 1% makes a big difference between the 2 potions High Potion can cure a pretty serious wounds but Full Potion is basically a liquid miracle ... it can bring back people that are an inch from dying, regrow lost limbs etc .... The novel even gives a bit of explanation behind the process and why Rimuru can create a Full Potion inside of him .... to get a Full Potion you basically need to create a vacuum environment ... during extraction as even a bit of air will drop the purity ... and since Rimurus stomach is isolated from the environment its equal to a vacuum environment What this means is that they can produce Full Potions independently of Rimuru which is a massive thing ... as they can basically produce bottled miracles
