I rode Time Traveler 4 times July of 19’..... Didn’t know what to expect. I was blown away. Totally unique and exhilarating experience. The speed numbers are not great but it feels much faster because of the unexpected turns the rotating cars create.

That looks like an incredibly fun ride. I'm already a fan of spinning coasters, so having one that had launches and loops as well sounds to be an exciting and fun ride. This is ride is definitely one that I'll want to ride if I'm ever able to visit the park.

This ride is absolutely amazing! I go early in the season as well as late in the season so I can ride it over and over and over. The controlled spinning is perfect.. it doesn't make the ride dizzying or unenjoyable... it actually does quite the opposite. Just as stated in the video no two rides are ever the same. Fearing coasters is what makes coasters fun.. life is short, take a chance, go to Silver Dollar City and get the credit! Let me know what you think.

My son and I were evac'd on this during the first launch section. Really cool experience getting a "backstage" tour on foot as we made our way back into the park. Also got a free skip the line pass. Awesome trip, awesome ride!

I've ridden it just once, the wait times can be just as extreme as a 95 FOOT VERTICAL LOOP! It's exciting though. The cars are extremely large and open, I was surprised at how much room you have. Because of the spin, you enter and exit each element differently. For me the last overbanked loop was more intense than the other elements simply because of the angle I entered it. You, of course, exit through the gift shop, which is just as themed as the queue. Steampunk everything!

Time Traveler is just proof that coasters can be fun throughout the ENTIRE ride experience. Other coasters can be cool, but have boring parts or the experience is too short. I would add a spinning car into literally all coasters if I could

I love this roller coaster so much that when I was there I rode it 10 times! I’ve been to that park 3 times and I have rode every roller coaster! There’s even a big cave system that I’ve been through twice!

Rode it last year. Its thrilling and fast, but its soft and smooth. The smoothest coaster I have ever been talked into riding, i don't get along with coasters, but I'll ride this one again. Ps silver dollar city and a vape pin is one of the best times you can have on this plant.

I've ridden Time Traveler several times and I'm very comfortable saying it is now my favorite roller coaster of all time. If you're just looking for intense thrills, then there are definitely plenty of better coasters out there. The combination of the beautiful theming, the spinning elements coupled with a pretty great track (that opening drop is awesome), the merchandise...just everything about it makes it the perfect ride.

I love time traveler and i love how it works from a ride operations stand point. the transfer track can also function as an unload station on busy days when they run three trains and the operators dont have to touch your restraint to check them. there are two buttons on the side one brings the restraints down and the other initiates the auto check cycle where it continuously pushes down on you until they dispatch where it eases off and stays in its position. and NO SEATBELTS! hoora!

I’ve ridden this coaster on two separate trips. The sensation of looping sideways takes a seasoned rider by surprise. You don’t think about looking into the sky and seeing no track or in front of you until you’re on the train. Every ride experience is different. Best Partin the experience is being able to see other rider’s faces as you rotate.

Went on opening day and was able to be part of the first public riders (train 2) The first time I rode it, I thought it didn't spin a lot, but the second time was really fun since my friends and I managed to balance the ride just right to really get it spinning.

I’ve ridden Time Traveler on multiple occasions. I can absolutely confirm that is one if the most awesome coasters ever. If you get a chance to visit Branson , Missouri you need to go to Silver Dollar City if only to ride this coaster

Great video! FYI, The ride doesn't have over the shoulder restraints but more of lap bar that is lowered over the head of the rider (6:52). The restraint are similar to the one used on Skyrush at Hershey Park .... but much more comfortable. Time Traveler is an awesome ride, and it wish it spun a little more to amp up the intensity.

Yeah, I called them "over-the-shoulder lap bars" in the video as they are pulled down from over the shoulder of riders. The MACK seats are awesome, very comfortable for sure!

SDC is my home park and this and Powderkeg are my two favorite coasters there. If there was some things that I would improve with Time Traveler is adding the rumored show building that was supposed to be on the first launch and adding another 1000 feet of track. Rumors are their next project will be a B&M wing or hyper coaster out past Powderkeg using the hilly forested terrain. They might continue with the tallest, fastest, steepest, longest theme with whatever it is they get, if true.

Yes, of course I'd like to ride T.T, I'd imagine it's a top 3 coasters for Mach; the other two being Helix and D.C. Rivals. Unfortunately I've never ridden any of those, so perhaps I love Icon more than I ought to, or else The Smiler is the better British coaster, but that's from a different manufacturer, so I digress. I rode Sierra Sidewinder 4 times; (all in the 4th and back car) and only got a good ride that spun properly the 1st time leaving me dizzy and laughing; (it was a night ride too!) the other 3 almost no spinning at all. I'm curious: What are your favourite Mach coasters?

I have an insane xtreme spinning coaster that has SO MUCH AIRTIME and the second drop YANKS you down it and 3 inversions that are fucking CRAZY a 360 degree turn twice a banana roll and a vertical loop a couple of hills and then the brakes

Some day I'll get to ride TT. Every time I go, it seems to be shut down. Also, one thing you didn't mention.....that when the ride is down, the Time Traveler entry sign doesn't spin. So if anyone goes to SDC and see that its not spinning......just keep on walking. And can't wait for the park to finally open so we can ride the new Mystic River Falls!!!!!
