Hi Steve....Ed Bickert managed to make great jazz recordings on his Tele....so tone is not a problem. I'm finding the Scofield solo interesting as I haven't followed his music in the past. Thank you. Ian

Thanks Ian. I'm glad the tone worked for you. I love playing jazz on my Telecaster. There are so many great Tele jazz players. Was a bit tough to try and get close to Sco's tone on this recording with a Tele though. Glad you are finding this solo interesting. S

Hi Rene, it's the pickups that came with the Nash which are Lollars.
