No,it is 2 year program (level 3 and level 4) combined, after that you can apply in foreign

( 2 years duration ) No I want To do OTHM level 5 diploma in information technology. I want to know that What is the level Of my Associated degree in UK. Is uk universities consider it as year 1 of a bachelor degree Or level 4 If Yes, then After completing OTHM level 5 Diploma which is equivalent of Year 2 of a bachelors degree.
