What Is Up With The Lakers Training, Medical Staff?

Anthony and Harrison continue to react to Christian Wood's surprising surgery mere weeks from training camp and the continued not-so-great news on Jarred Vanderbilt. Combine this with other injuries recently and the Lakers are now in the midst of an ugly trend.
So, what gives? Is this actually all the different from other teams? Or is this yet another instance where a lack of organizational investment is biting the Lakers?

Bald guy is yapping and giving the FO bail for not making any moves. Even with them knowing CWood and Vando were hurt and probably not tradeable, that didn’t hider their ability to make moves around the edges or trading dlo/rui when he opted in. The easiest thing they could’ve did is trade #17 and JHS to open up some spots. Dinwiddie was ready to sign and maybe TP, both are better options than unproven Max Christie.
