What is Vishing and how does it work?

Vishing is an attack performed by phone (voice) rather than by email. Impersonation Pretending to be a friend or colleague on a social networking site in order to obtain additional personal information, possibly in preparation for a spear phishing attack.

This is soo scripted and uses very weak example... "you have a virus, I'm the IT, do this, I've stolen your account". It's just missing the malevolent laghter at the end. Ridiculous
