Another option for cloud hosting is linode. I've been using their services and do recommend.

I normally enjoy CodeCademy videos, but this one, I really had a hard time understanding as I felt like the speaker did not really articulate well (I am not english native). I have paid a premium subsription to CodeCademy and therefore would appreciate if my comment is reviewed and taken into consideration :). Other than that, I enjoyed the content of the video. Thanks!
