Hello, we are pretty sure things will not close. Mexico has peaked and more and more things are opening now. The Riviera Maya is in a very good position this winter to attract many tourists. Since many places missed the summer tourist season, the weather in the Riviera Maya is great year round and already places like Tulum are full.

It is ok to use the ATM at the airport but you don't need to. For one if you book a transfer it is paid and you can go to a bank in Playa were you should get a better rate. If you are going to take the bus then just bring a $20 and they will accept USD if it is small. Never use an ATM on 5th Avenue since they can have skimmers. Brick and mortar banks are best since they are harder to compromise.

Very nice video! If we stay at hotel Xcaret, does it include Xplor entrance fees, lockers, transportation and food?

Yes it is, but we have to say the hotel is so nice you also should stay there more time also. Xplor is pretty close to the Hotel Xcaret Mexico so it makes it easy to get there. Make sure you are not confused with Occidental Xcaret Hotel. This is not Xcaret property and not part of the park.

Weight limit on zip line?

There is a limit of 300 pounds for the zip lines at Xplor. This allows the harness to fit properly.

Hahah, one year later but maybe Covid ruined it... sorry if it happened but it’s from 8 or 9 am I think to 5 pm, so you can enter and go anywhere between that hours, and there is also the xplor fuego, that Is the same but at night... also it’s different so it costs also but yep, there it is
