Mine is dancing on my nan's table when I was about two and then suddenly noticing a grizzly bear calendar had been hung on the wall next to me. What exciting times.

I think mine was taking part in a game under those big rainbow sheets that would be at like fete's or something when I was like 3 or 4. Is there a name for that thing lol?

my only toddler memory that i remember fondly is visiting my uncle and auntie and their yodeling dachshund when i was two. my other toddler memories are me doing something stupid and getting hurt because i guess thats what kids do?

It's hard to know which ones are the earliest ones but one of mine is one of our cats bringing home a live bird and just seeing it flying around our living room as everyone fucking panics lmao, either that or sitting on my dads lap 'playing' wolfenstein 3d with him on his lap, or more like he'd play and i'd press the button to open doors

I would keep playing with toys even though they got knackered and broken. I had this action figure that lost a leg, and so I ripped off the other leg and started pretending he had jet boosters out of his torso. Adapt. Overcome.

The 3rd person memory thing is weird, I have that too. It's mostly the old memories such as watching myself crawl down a hallway as a baby, the more warped my memories become the less certain I am that they really happened,. Also there is a period of my life that I have no memories from at all but I'm told that I was extremely ill and never fully recovered from it.

A few of my foster siblings had mild-moderate autism and loved it too, so to bond with them I was pretending to be a dog/cat/monkey well into my teens 😅

Is pretending to be an animal and running on all fours really that unusual for children!? Because I did that alot until I was way older than that...

nah I think it's a very normal kid thing! I learnt to walk quickly and then immediately regressed back to crawling for the next six years 😅

@@JayHayz exactly the same, for a few years when I was maybe 5 or 6 it felt like it may have been my primary method of locomotion 😅 I got pretty good at it too, I could reach some impressive speeds. I almost feel kinda sad that I ever dropped it and lost that skill, I can still do the sounds though, made sure never to lose that one

my earliest memory must have been when i was two-three i got a rabbit teddy from the hospital gift shop maybe, because i didn't complain at all about the eye drops

I also wore one of those baby ski suit looking things. As a baby my mum put me in one of them to sleep. I lay on my back in the cot and when she came back I had some how managed to pull my arms in and turn a full 180 so the back my head was sticking out of of the hole for the face (not my first memory but a fun one)
